Θα ήθελα και εγώ να μοιραστώ την εμπειρία μου από Αθήνα για Λονδίνο για την ενημέρωση και των υπολοίπων. Αρχικά εγώ επέλεξα αυτόν τον τρόπο καθώς το σκυλάκι μου είναι 14 χρόνων και δεν ήθελα να το υποβάλλω στο στρεσς του αεροπλάνου και των κλουβιών. Το ταξίδι Αθήνα μέχρι Ηγουμενίτσα κράτησε από τις 12.30 μέχρι περίπου στις 23.00+ παρότι είναι 5 ώρες διότι προτεραιότητα της εταιρείας είναι τα δέματα και η μεταφορά τους όχι οι επιβάτες. Για το λόγο αυτό, δεν κάναμε στάση σε τουαλέτα για 6 ώρες συνεχόμενα ενώ σταματήσουμε σε όλα τα χωριά για δέματα ανα 20’ και εκτός τελείως διαδρομής. Όταν τους ρωτούσαμε πότε θα φύγουμε από κάποια στάση μας απαντούσαν με αγένεια «περιμένετε τι βιάζεστε». Μας λέγανε ότι θα σταματήσουμε για 15’ και εμείς τρέχαμε πανικόβλητοι για τουαλέτα και δεν προλαβαίναμε να φάμε ενώ οι οδηγοί τρώγανε και μετά πηγαίνανε τουαλέτα όποτε θελανε με αποτέλεσμα να είμαστε συνεχώς πεινασμένοι. Άλλο πρόβλημα τεράστιο, οι 3 επιβάτες που ήμασταν από Αθήνα, οι 2 με άσθμα και ο άλλος που δεν αντέχει το κάπνισμα είχαμε σιχτιρισει αφού οι οδηγοί καπνίζανε ΜΕΣΑ στο λεωφορείο παι όσο οδηγούσαν. Όταν τους το είπα, ο κύριος Παφης σαν επαγγελματίας αντί να μου ζητήσει συγνώμη και σε όλους τους άλλους, μου είπε ότι «εμείς καπνίζουμε εδώ. Ιδιωτικοί εταιρεία είναι ότι θελουμε κάνουμε.». Δεν το πίστευα. Όταν του είπα ότι είναι παράλογο αυτό μου είπε πάλι ότι «ότι θελουμε κάνουμε εμείς». Σαν επαγγελματίας. Τρίτον: σταματήσαμε για 2 ώρες και όταν τους ρωτήσαμε τι γίνεται κι πως μες είπαν να «φύγουμε από εδώ τώρα γιατί προσπαθούν να κάνουν δουλειά». Τέλος, μας μετέφεραν θέσεις 3 φορές γιατί όπως είπαν εκεί κοιμούνται αυτοι παρολο που δεν υπήρχε κάποια ένδειξη (ταμπέλα πχ) σε όλες τις 4 τελευταίες σειρές και ούτε από σεβασμό πέος εμάς δεν μας άφησαν τουλάχιστον μέχρι το βράδυ τις πρώτης μέρας να ξεκουραστουμε εφόσον οι ιδιοι δεν θα κοιμοταν (όλη εκείνη τη μέρα). Θεωρώ πως αρκετά από τα θετικά σχόλια δεν ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα αλλά πρόκειται για φίλους. Σαν κάτοικος Αγγλίας που η ευγένεια είναι πολύ σημαντική για εμένα, δεν συνιστώ κανέναν με σεβασμό προς τον εαυτό του να διαλέξει αυτό την εταιρεία. Διότι τα δέματα έχουμε καλύτερη αντιμετώπιση από τους ανθρώπους και τα ζώα. P.S οι οδηγοί από Ιταλία προς αγγλια ήταν καλύτεροι και τους ευχαριστούμε.
I would also like to share my experience from Athens to London for information and others. Initially I chose this way as my dog ​​is 14 years old and I did not want to put him under the stress of the plane and the cages. Another huge problem, the 3 passengers we were from Athens, the 2 with asthma and the other who could not stand smoking we were horrified since the drivers were smoking INSIDE the bus while they were driving. When I told them, Mr. Paphis, as a professional, instead of apologizing to everyone else, told me that "we smoke here. Private company is what we want to do. " I did not believe it. When I told him that it was absurd, he told me again that "we do what we want". As a professional. Third: we stopped for 2 hours and when we asked them what was going on and how they told us to "leave here now because they are trying to do work". Finally, they transferred us places 3 times because as they said they sleep there even though there was no indication (sign for example) in all the last 4 rows and not out of respect for our penis they did not let us rest at least until the evening of the first day if they themselves he would not sleep (all day). I think that many of the positive comments do not correspond to reality but they are friends. As a resident of England where courtesy is very important to me, I do not recommend anyone with self-respect to choose this company. Because parcels are better treated than humans and animals. P.S the drivers from Italy to England were better and we thank them.

I sent a parcel to my friend who lives in London a few weeks ago. It was her birthday and I wanted to surprise her. I don’t know what they did with the parcel! My friend never got her present. We tried to call them on several occasions. We asked them to send it back to Greece. Nothing happened! The parcel was lost or stolen... they never answered her phone calls or replied to her messages. They never apologized! They offer a terrible service!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They lost one of my suitcases back in 2020 when I was moving back to Greece from London. I tried to contact Giannis Pafis on Facebook and he never did anything. I’m still waiting for my suitcase. I’ve added photos to prove my point

I unfortunately used this company to move some of my stuff from Reading UK to Thessaloniki Greece, I had to move a big carton and a television 43 inches into its original box with its protective foam frames. The supervisor of their UK department charged me £120 and they asked me to pay an extra £35 for the driver who collected my stuff and he guaranteed me that my stuff will reach their destination completely safe and without problems. Despite their words I wrote in every side of the television's box that it is extra fragile and needs special handling but during the transfer they completely ruined my television by misplacing it and throwing it carelessly from one transport vehicle to another. When I asked for compensation the owner of the company was being sarcastic to me and did not want to take any responsibility. After 3 weeks and under my continuous pressure they finally gave me as compensation only 100 euros while the cost of the television was £340 and was bought before few months from Tesco, plus the £155 I gave them for this disastrous transportation. I want to warn everyone not to became victim of these frauds, they are rude, disrespectful to their clients and non-professionals and I wish I had been warned before I choose them. I lost my money and my new television and regret the fact that I chose to move it back to Greece by trusting it in a company like this instead of selling it before I leave. I was truly shocked by how ruined and damaged was my device. Below are the pictures proof of the devastation they caused to my device during the transportation.
