★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best little find in Anogia. Food was amazing and the owners are very hospitable. All the Cretan hospitality come together here! Try the saganaki and the sweet pies for sure! Definite stop for those in the region!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was the best food we have had in Crete so far. The tzasiki and cheese was out of this world. My partner particularly enjoyed the vinegar marinated pork. But above and beyond the owners were incredibly friendly and gave us an amazing taste of Cretian hospitality. Definitely get a bottle of the owners homemade wine spirit! If you are in the area or fancy an adventure it is well worth the drive up the winding mountain roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It felt like a typical touristy spot where they cart bus loads of tourists through. I’m sure in Summer the place is packed with visitors.
The food was ok but nothing special. From all the meals we’ve had on Crete this was the most disappointing. The lamb was very poor quality even though we were told that it’s from the area. The best dish was the fried saganaki cheese (homemade).
The service was fine, quick and attentive but in terms of overall ambience with the quality of food, don’t expect too much.
