Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα αγορές από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. The service of the company was exemplary. I was looking for big bags and their variety in dimensions was complete. After a market survey I concluded that their prices were the most competitive, while the sellers were kind and they solved all my questions about the ventilated sacks I wanted to buy. I highly recommend purchases from this particular company.

We had a written arrangement were they would deliver 9 boxes on specific dates from Thessaloniki to Leipzig. I flew to Leipzig to be there for the delivery, e-mailing them to let them know that I was there and waiting for their delivery. They showed up two days later after the arranged dates and after I was gone, without bothering to call me until the day where they decided to deliver. When I asked to be re-compensated, they called me “illogical”. I would not send anything with them again, and cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. Είμαι ιδιαίτερα απογοητευμένος από την υπηρεσία τους. Είχαμε μια γραπτή συμφωνία για να παραδώσουν 9 κουτιά σε συγκεκριμένες ημερομηνίες, από Θεσσαλονίκη προς Λειψία. Πέταξα στη Λειψία για να είμαι εκεί για την παράδοση, και τους έστειλα εμαιλ ότι είμαι εκεί. Εμφανίστηκαν δύο ημέρες αργότερα μετά την συμφωνημένη ημερομηνία και αφού είχα ήδη φύγει, χωρίς να μπουν στον κόπο να καλέσουν μέχρι την ημέρα που αποφάσισαν να παραδώσουν. Όταν ζήτησα να με αποζημιώσουν, με είπανε «παράλογο». Δεν θα στείλω τίποτα μαζί τους ξανά, και δεν μπορώ να τους συστήσω σε κανέναν. I have been thoroughly disappointed by their service.
