Στην αγορά του προϊόντος που κάναμε επιλέξαμε την μεταφορική παράδοση κατ'οικον (20€), αφού λοιπόν το δέμα έφτασε στη Θεσσαλονίκη μας καλούν αν θα πάμε να το παραλάβουμε εμείς... Τους ενημερώνουμε ότι η παράδοση είναι κατ'οικον και μας λένε θα σας το φέρουμε αύριο. Την επόμενη μέρα μας καλούν και πάλι με την ίδια πρόφαση αν θα πάμε να το παραλάβουμε εμείς... Για ακόμη μια φορά ενημερώνουμε ότι η παράδοση είναι κατ' οίκον... Για ακόμη μια φορά μας λένε εντάξει θα το φέρουμε αύριο... Unacceptable ... In the market of the product we made we chose the transport delivery at home (€ 20), since the package arrived in Thessaloniki they call us if we are going to pick it up ... We inform them that the delivery is at home and they tell us we will bring it to you tomorrow. The next day they call us again with the same pretext if we are going to pick it up ... Once again we inform that the delivery is at home ... Once again they tell us ok we will bring it tomorrow ...
C	Christos Avgeros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έπειτα από την έμμεση συνεργασία που είχαμε (ανάληψη μεταφοράς κ παράδοσης εκ μέρους ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος στο οποίο έκανα αγορά Χριστουγεννιάτικου δώρου), συνοψίζω στα εξής: αγενείς, δίνοντας την αίσθηση πως μου κάνουν χάρη (!) για την παράδοση (ήδη προπληρωμένη!) και, το χειρότερο, χωρίς καμία διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης... ευτυχώς μεσολάβησε το κατάστημα αγοράς, το οποίο ανέλαβε το κόστος ταξί (!) κ παρέλαβα έγκαιρα το δέμα. Να σημειωθεί πως από τη Μεταφορική Κασάπης, προσπάθησαν να εκμεταλευτούν αυτήν τη ναύλωση ταξί, λέγοντάς μου πως τελικά θα μου το παρέδιδαν οι ίδιοι με το φορτηγό τους, κάτι που εννοείται πως δεν έγινε... Μη επαγγελματίες. For the delivery (already prepaid!) the worst, without any mood of service ... fortunately the shopping center intervened, which took over the taxi cost (!) and I received the parcel on time. It should be noted that from Metaforiki Kasapis, they tried to take advantage of this taxi charter, telling me that in the end they would deliver it to me themselves with their truck, something that of course did not happen ... Non-professionals.
