Μ	Μαρία Χωριατέλλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οταν γραφεις δωρεαν parking θεωρειται αυτονοητο οτι υπαρχει χωρος και οχι πανω στο δρομο κλεινοντας θεσεις με σκαμπο φυτα και ποδηλατα! Οι χωροι ητανε καθαροι και το δωματιο, βεβαια παλιος ο χωρος θα μπορουσε να γινει ανακαινιση.. επισης οι ταβλες απο το κρεβατι πεφτανε συνεχεια και νερο ζεστο δεν υπηρχε, οσο και να το αφησαμε να τρεξει!! και οταν πηγαμε να το συζητησουμε μας ειπε οτι δεν μας πιστευε οτι ειχαμε αφησει το νερο να τρεξει 10λεπτα, και μας ειπε να περιμενουμε κανα 20λεπτο! Ο κυριος εκει, λογικα ο ιδιοκτητης ευγενικος.. When you write free parking it is self-evident that there is space and not on the road by closing positions with stubble plants and bikes! Έχει υγρασία στους τοίχους ιδίως γωνίες κ ταβάνια, λείπουν μερικά στηρίγματα κουρτίνες μπάνιου κ μπαλκονιού καθώς θέλει λίγο βάψιμο στις κάσες στα πατζούρια κ καθάρισμα λίγο τα φύλλα στον κήπο. Σας τα έγραψα αναλυτικά... It needs maintenance !!! I mean in the rooms not the wonderful antiques. It has moisture on the walls especially corners and ceilings, some brackets for bathroom and balcony curtains are missing as it needs a bit of paint on the shutters and cleaning the leaves in the garden. I wrote to you in detail ...

Η εξυπηρέτηση δεν ήταν φιλική και με αρκετές δόσεις ειρωνείας μερικές φορές. Ελπίζω τα αρνητικά σχόλια να ληφθούν υπόψη και όχι να στραφούν ενάντια στους πελάτες για να δικαιολογηθούν παραλείψεις και συμπεριφορές. We had booked several rooms for a family wedding night. On-site facilities require maintenance. The service was not friendly and with several doses of irony sometimes. I hope the negative comments are taken into consideration and not turned against customers to justify omissions and behaviors.
t	teofril on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσεγμένο και καθαρό ξενοδοχείο σε αρκετά καλή τιμή στο κέντρο του Ξυλοκάστρου. Ο ιδιοκτήτης εξυπηρετικοτατος και πρόθυμος. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται στο μπαρ του ξενοδοχείου που είναι διακοσμημένο με γούστο και θυμίζει άλλες εποχές. Θα ξαναμεινω σίγουρα στο επόμενο μου ταξίδι. Nice and clean hotel at a pretty good price in the center of Xylokastro. The owner very helpful and willing. Breakfast is served at the hotel bar, which is tastefully decorated and reminiscent of other seasons. I'll definitely stay again on my next trip.
A	Alan Tina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενω τη πρωτη φορα που επισκεφτήκαμε το κατάλυμα, μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι, αυτήν τη φορά προσκαλεσαμε και άλλη παρέα, η αντιμετώπιση του ιδιοκτήτη ήταν απαράδεκτη, καθώς ενώ ήξερε ότι δωμάτιο που μας είχε ετοιμάσει δεν είχε κοντρόλ για το αιρκοντισιον, θεώρησε ότι αντί να μας αλλάξει αμέσως δωμάτιο ή τουλάχιστον να μας ενημερώσει, αντ'αυτού μας έφερε ένα ξύλινο κοντάρι με πρόκες ώστε να το ανοίγουμε και να το κλείνουμε με αυτό. Υπήρξε αρκετή δυσανασχέτηση κατόπιν του συμβάντος αυτού και η μετέπειτα συμπεριφορά του ήταν αρκετά επιθετική προς τα εμάς. Επιπλέον, στο δωμάτιο που έδωσε στους φίλους μας το ταβάνι τόσο στη κρεβατοκάμαρα όσο και στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν εμφανή σημάδια μούχλας! Και απ' ότι βλέπω στα σχόλια όλοι οι πελάτες του με κακές κριτικές δεν έχουν μείνει στο ξενοδοχείο η μας διακατέχει κακεντρέχεια. Tragic treatment at the reception. Water was running in the bathroom. He had no hot water let him assure us he would come. And from what I see in the comments, all his customers with bad reviews have not stayed in the hotel or we have bad luck.

When you end up there, you find a tasteless hotel which mostly remind you a horror 80's b movie. Old stuff are bought and scatter around the breakfast area as a try to catch the feeling of the old and luxurious era, with no success. The wooden floor and old plumping won't let you sleep and breakfast is mediocrate at it's best. If you are in despire of finding a roof this is your place ( hence the 2 stars ).
