Хочу выразить огромную благодарность магазину Artemio Furs. Посетили магазин с мамой в сентябре 2018. Сразу чувствуется профессионализм! Нам подобрали шубы, пальто, которые мы носим, не снимая! Отзыв пишем сейчас, т.к. хотели испытать на себе все ощущения от носки шуб. И сейчас могу с уверенностью сказать, что данный магазин работает с качественными фабриками по производству шуб. Ощущения при носке не передаваемые. Шубы легкие, мягкие, не шуршат. Они становятся единым целым с обладательницей. Снимать их действительно не хочется. В них тепло и уютно. Хочу отдельно рассказать о работе магазина. Магазин встретил нас очень тепло. Работают по расписанию, в отличие от остальных магазинов. Хозяин магазина очень любит свое дело, готов много рассказывать о торговле. Все четко, без навязывания. К клиенту действительно прислушиваются. Предлагают разные варианты. Модели интересные, разнообразные, в разных цветовых сочетаниях. Выбор большой, но мы достаточно быстро определились. После хозяева угостили нас вином, фраппе. Весело отпраздновали покупку! А вечером хозяин отвез нас в аэропорт, за что отдельное спасибо ему! Сейчас с большой уверенностью могу рекомендовать магазин Artemio Furs! Помимо положительного впечатления в Афинах, шубы хорошо себя проявляют в Питерской зиме -10 градусов. Кашемировые пальто тоже отличные для нашей осени! Модели не обычные. В отделке тоже норка, что добавляет свой шарм. Для меня это первая качественная шуба. Ранее был негативный опыт. Покупали тоже в Греции. Так что, если не знаете где купить шубу, обязательно посетите магазин Artemio Furs!

Август 2019. Магазин выбирали по отзывам. Очень приятные хозяева - Виолетта и Артем. Уловили все пожелания и подобради шубу под наши требования. Очень рад, что нас услышали и ничего не навязывали. Это очень важно и большая редкость на верхней одежде. Спасибо!

I would like to inform you that this is one of the best fur shop in Greece. They have a huge variety of fur coats and cashmere from Italian and Greek brands. It's a small family business but the quality competes the biggest shops in Europe.

I recommend this shop and I trusted them with a several thousand dollar international order. I highly recommend this shop for their service, value, and quality of luxury furs like sable and chinchilla. When I want to buy another luxury fur (or any fur!), I will call upon them. I ordered a full length sable coat to be made in the color and style that I wanted. I live in the US and I asked ahead of time by sending a message on the website whether the store could ship to the US. They responded the next day that they could and after trading a few messages about the shipping method and how to take measurements, I was able to place the order on the website. Artemio messaged me several times about the measurements, the color, the style, even the lining color. He sent me photos of similar coats in the shop to be certain that I would be happy with the coat I would receive, and sent a video once my coat was available, and checked again after it was delivered. The whole process took about 3 weeks, including the 3-4 extra days that US Customs took I received a great price as compared to buying a sable coat in the US, Canada or even in northern Europe, even without the lack of VAT (approximately 20%) because I don't reside in Europe and the coat was being sent directly to the US. Greece is definitely the way to go when buying a fur coat, as that is where many of them are made. The price you see in Euros on the website will be 20% less when you actually check out, if the item is being shipped somewhere outside of Europe and your country does not charge VAT. My coat is absolutely beautiful and I would have paid literally 10 times more if I were to have purchased it in the US. I have found cheaper sable coats from other shops in Greece, but they looked cheap; at Artemio Furs, the quality is not sacrificed. It is just the color that I wanted and I did not have to sacrifice the length, collar style, sleeve style, fur pattern or anything! It did take several days to get DHL to get the paperwork sorted between US Customs and the US Fish and Wildlife permits due to the high value of the coat and the fact that it is genuine fur, but that is not the fault of the shop; it is just something that you need to be aware of if you live outside of Greece and aren't collecting at the shop. I did have to pay duty and DHL handling fees but in the US it came to about 6% of the value. Again, this is a huge savings overall. I also want to stress that Artemio Furs included all of the proper documentation of the tariff code and fur origin and the delays I experienced with the shipment was due to US Customs talking back and forth with DHL, or reviewing the paperwork. If Artemio Furs had not been so experienced with international trade, it would have been much worse. This is another reason to buy from an experienced shop and not the absolute cheapest place you can find on the internet. Thank you Artemio!
