Kostas place is a quality apartment, received as princes, touches of attention in the big apartment, fruit, breakfast, wine etc. Pick up at 1 Am and return at 7 Am from Athens Airport! Punctual, pleasant, accommodating, everything is perfect, I highly recommand ! Appartement de qualité chez Kostas, reçu comme des princes, touches d'attentions dans le grand appartement, fruits, petit déjeuner, vin etc Prise en charge aller retour de l'aéroport d'Athènes. Prise en charge à 1h du matin et retour à 7h du matin ! Ponctuel, agréable, arrangeant, rien à redire, je recommande fortement !

Аппартаменты очень чистые, прекрасная постель, есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни - включая посуду, кофеварки, соковыжималка, миксер, гриль, кондиционер, антимоскитные сетки, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Уютный живописный дворик. Особая благодарность хозяину - такой заботы о себе я давно не испытывал. Всегда на связи, он готов прийти на помощь.

Все було добре перебуваючи в вищезазначених апартаментах. Господар привітливо зустрічав та відкликався на будь яку потребу. Кімнати добре оформлені все необхідне було для відпочинку і других потреб.

Great experience! Clean, confortabile and they are really kind

My husband and I spent 5 lovely days at this home away from home from July 13 to July 17. Being in the tourist industry ourselves, the bar we have set for customer service is extremely high, however the owner Kosta and his wife managed not only to reach that bar but surpass our expectations. The apartment is surrounded by lush greenery and flowers and you have full use of the courtyard. The aptment itself is spotlessly clean and furnished with every modern convenience one could want, including an espresso coffee maker. There are security cameras surrounding the building and a locked gate making you feel safe in unfamiliar surroundings. The walk to the beach, supermarket, and a multitude of restaurants and eateries is about 5 minutes. However, the most impressive aspect of Artemis apartment is the owner Kosta and his wife Eleni. Within 30 minutes of my booking, he contacted me. This immediately inspired confidence in his service. He answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. We felt as if we knew him before we even got there. It was evident in his demeanor that he and his wife have a love for people and take pride in their service which is evidenced in the little personal touches they provide like delicious home baked cookies waiting for you and a bottle of chilled wine and fruits. We highly recommed Artemis apartment and will return. There is no need to look any where else, there is nothing better. Thank you Kosta and Eleni. We have made 2 new friends in Greece.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Everything has been thought of. Great for overnight between flights, but would work well for a longer stay if you wanted to stay in Artimida.

Accommodation is located a few minutes walk from the beach, especially the Albatros beach bar and the beach. There is also a supermarket nearby. The apartment is clean, large and spacious with all the necessary facilities. The only thing to note is that the apartment is a semi-basement. Access to the inner courtyard where there are tables and chairs. The host Kostas is very kind and always ready to offer you help.
