Λ	Λουκία Καρανάσιου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντιεπαγγελματίες ,αγενέστατοι με πλήρη άγνοια του αντικειμένου τους. Παρήγγειλα πρόσφατα 5 κουτιά από αντισυλληπτικά δαχτυλίδια. Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχαμε , εκτός του ότι η υπάλληλος δεν είχε ιδέα τι είναι αυτό που ζητούσα !! , ρώτησε την συνάδελφο της αν είχαν το προϊόν που ήθελα και κρατώντας το ακουστικό ανοιχτό , στα 31 μου χρόνια έζησα να ακούσω την εξής ατάκα: - Αυτή (εννοούσε εμένα ) θέλει 5 κουτιά !!!!" . Εν συνεχεία, την ρώτησα αν χρειάζεται συνταγή γιατρού για να τα παραλάβω και παίρνοντας θετική απάντηση , μπήκα στην διαδικασία να ψάχνω γυναικολόγο Σαββατιατικα για να μου γράψει την συνταγή. Όταν πήγα λοιπόν να παραλάβω τα αντισυλληπτικά ,χωρίς φυσικά να έχω κατορθώσει να βρω γιατρο , μου είπαν ότι δεν χρειαζόταν συνταγογράφηση!!! Το συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο θα πρέπει να μάθει τι σημαίνει επαγγελματισμός και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και κυρίως να έχει άτομα να απαντάνε στις κλήσεις που δέχονται , με μια στοιχειώδη γνώση της φαρμακευτικής τουλάχιστον για να μην ντροπιάζουν έτσι τον κλάδο σας. Ευχαριστώ. Unprofessional, very rude with complete ignorance of their subject. I recently ordered 5 boxes of contraceptive rings. In a telephone communication we had, except that the employee had no idea what I was asking for !! , she asked her colleague if they had the product I wanted and holding the handset open, at the age of 31 I lived to hear the following attack: "She (meant me) wants 5 boxes !!!!". to receive contraceptives, without of course being able to find a doctor, they told me that I did not need a prescription !!! This particular pharmacy should learn what professionalism and customer service means and especially have people answering the calls they receive, with a basic knowledge of pharmacy at least so as not to embarrass your industry. N	Nikoleta petrogianni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η γενική μου εικόνα και εντύπωση από την εξυπηρέτηση στο συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο είναι καλή, η στάση τους απέναντι μου όμως τώρα που έψαχνα για self test, ήταν το λιγότερο απογοητευτική. Μου έδειξε η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε ότι ,για κάποιο λόγο, που δεν καταλαβαίνω, δεν ήθελε να με εξυπηρετήσει. Μου είπε ότι δεν είχε τέστ, το οποίο το κατανοώ, στην ερώτηση μου πότε θα φέρουν σήμερα μου απάντησε ξερά ότι δεν ξέρει. Μου κάνει εντύπωση να μην γνωρίζουν πότε θα έρθουν απλά θα μπορούσε να μου πει ότι μέσα στην ημέρα θα έρθουν και αν θέλω να ξαναπεράσω. Επίσης όταν της ζήτησα να δούμε με τον ΑΜΚΑ μου αν δικαιούμαι τεστ μου απάντησε ότι αν μπει στο σύστημα θα καταχωρηθεί το τεστ. Δεν έβγαλε νόημα αυτό αλλά κάτι μου λέει ότι αν αγόραζα ένα τεστ μόνη μου, μια χαρά θα με εξυπηρετούσαν. Πολύ κρίμα γιατί προσπαθούμε να στηρίξουμε τα καταστήματα της περιοχής μας αλλά τα καλά και τα συμφέροντα. My general picture and impression from the service at this pharmacy is good, but their attitude towards me now that I was looking for a self test, was the least disappointing. The girl who served me showed me that, for some reason, which I do not understand, she did not want to serve me. He told me that he did not have a test, which I understand, to my question when they will bring it today he answered me clearly that he does not know. It strikes me that they do not know when they will come, they could just tell me that during the day they will come and if I want to go through it again. Also when I asked her to see with my AMKA if I am entitled to a test, she replied that if she enters the system, the test will be registered. It did not make sense but something tells me that if I bought a test on my own, they would be fine. Too bad because we try to support the stores in our area but the good and the interests.

Η κυρία Τεγου πολύ καταρτισμένη φαρμακοποιός είναι σε θέση να σου δώσει την λύση που χρειάζεσαι!!! ειλικρινά συγχαρητήρια!!! Excellent service from impeccable professionals !!! Μακάρι όλοι οι επαγγελματίες του χώρου να είχαν τη πελατοκεντρική φιλοσοφία της συγκεκριμένης επιχείρησης!! Great people, they always serve with a smile and knowledge!
