★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικός!!!!! Αγόρασα κρέμα sylvio για εγκαύματα 2ου βαθμού σε 16 μηνών μωρό. Η κρέμα είναι για 3 χρόνων και άνω - ΚΑΚΟΣ μου την πούλησε αρχικά!!!! Πήγα να την επιστρέψω την επομενη μέρα (με την απόδειξη φυσικά και σε λιγότερο από 24h) και δεν δέχτηκε να με εξυπηρέτηση διότι είχε παραγγείλει καινούργια κρέμα και θα είχε άλλη μια επιπλέον. Η λέξη ΑΝΘΡΩΠΙΆ του είναι άγνωστη!!!! Και ονομάζεται Φαρμακοποιός. Απλά απαράδεκτος!!!! Πότε ξανά.... Ούτε σε εφημερία. Ντροπή για τον κλάδο.
Tragic!!!!! I bought sylvio cream for 2nd degree burns in a 16 month old baby. The cream is for 3 years and up - HAD MY SOLD IT !!!! I went to return it the next day (with proof of course in less than 24h) and refused to serve me because she had ordered a new cream and would have another one. His word HUMAN is unknown !!!! And it's called a Pharmacist. Just unacceptable !!!! When again .... Not even on call. Shame on the industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό κ εξυπηρετικο. Με τα προϊόντα που μου δώσανε είδα μεγάλη διαφορά στο δέρμα μου και τους ευχαριστώ πολύ για αυτό. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάω γιατί έχουν εμπειρία κ ασχολούνται με το πρόβλημα σου.
The staff is very kind and helpful. With the products they gave me I saw a big difference in my skin and I thank them very much for that. I will definitely go again because they have experience and deal with your problem.
