★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and proud stuff. Instead to apologize for mistakes they made, they just want to find excuses. I prefer to pay more money than to spend my time to explain basics in communication to these people. And the "I don't care phrase" I mention in the conversation with them was a reflection of YOUR "I don't care BEHAVIOR"! And to stuck on one sentence I said does not make your work better at all. I prefer honesty than nice words.
