★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liar, cheat, no one should ever rent a car here. Rent cars at a higher price than elsewhere, then promise a 70% discount. Including insurance you lose huge amounts of money. If you don't want to be scammed, find another car rental.

I don't have a credit card, so I was looking to rent with low (or none) insurance cost. We talked with a guy in front the store day before, he said there will be no insurance or deposit needed, we left reservation fee (initially 30eur, but we brought it down to 10eur). When we came next day - the guy at the counter started filling form and was avoiding insurance question (I asked again to make sure), after I insisted he said there will be insurance (car was 35 + 64 for insurance). So price has tripled for me. We left to another rental place (with 5 star reviews) and all looks good now. Btw - we lost our deposit for reservation :(
