★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 19 maggio giornata ventosa e non da beach, andiamo alla grotta di skotino lungo la strada in prossimità di una curva, in mezzo al paesino di gouves vedo una segnale in legno che indica bakery istintivamente subito mi fermo e moda tipica greca parcheggio li dove sono. Troviamo il forno proprio nell'angolo nascosto della stradina veniamo accolti da georghios che, intento a spezzare pezzi di focaccia, chiama sua moglie voula che con un caloroso sorriso ci chiede cosa vogliamo indichiamo 2 koulori e un filone di pane nel contempo incuriositi dal faccendare di altra due persone chiediamo a cosa sarebbe servito tutta quella focaccia spezzata voula presentandoci irini e manolis
CI informa che il giorno seguente,alla sera, alla chiesa del paese ci sarà un panighiri festa tipica greca. Parlando del più è del meno ci invitano e per dare calore all'invito georgios e manolis mi invitano a brindare insieme a loro offrendomi raki e insalata di carciofo che dire di più. Una autentica accoglienza greca grazie voula irini georghios manolis
