★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαρακδετοι σε θέματα εξυπηρετησης. Δεν παρέχουν τις υπηρεσίες τις οποίες πληρώνει κάποιος. Εν μέσω καραντίνας με ανάγκασαν να πάω από στην γιάφκα τους που τη βάφτισαν αποθήκη που βρίσκεται στο Καλοχωρι. 20 χλμ έξω από την Θεσσαλονίκη για να παραλάβω ένα δεμα το οποίο έπρεπε να μου το φέρουν σπίτι και σαν να μην έφτανε αυτό μου ζητάει ο κύριος εκεί να δώσω έξτρα 5 ευρώ ενώ είχα ήδη πληρώσει έξοδα μεταφοράς. Πραγματικά είναι η χειρότερη εταιρία σε επίπεδο μεταφορών. Μείνετε μακριά!
Unacceptable in terms of service. They do not provide the services that one pays for. In the middle of quarantine, they forced me to go to their yard, which they christened a warehouse located in Kalochori. 20 km outside of Thessaloniki to pick up a package that they had to bring home and as if that wasn't enough, the gentleman there asks me to give an extra 5 euros while I had already paid for transportation. It really is the worst company in terms of transportation. Stay away!

Μέσα σε όλα μου είπαν το επικό κοιτάζοντας το τιμολόγιο "τι πήρατε εδώ για να δώ.. ..καλά δεν είχε στη Θεσσαλονίκη τέτοια πράγματα και έπρεπε να τα πάρετε από αλλού?.." και δεν έκανε πλάκα.. Εντωμεταξύ χάρη τους έκανα που πήγα από εκεί επειδή βρέθηκα τυχαία και δεν αναγκάστηκαν να τρέχουν μέχρι την Καλαμαριά, και με ειρωνεύονταν καθ'όλη τη διάρκεια που είμουν εκεί..
Μακριά.. έχει πολλές μεταφορικές στην περιοχή και σίγουρα δεν θα σου φερθούν έτσι..
