l	lena kaziani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ύστερα από σοβαρό τραυματισμό στο γόνατο (ρήξη χιαστού) το 2009 και μετά από επισκέψεις σε γιατρούς που με προέτρεπαν σε χειρουργική επέμβαση, απευθύνθηκα στον Αντώνη Στουραΐτη ο οποίος με μια σειρά κατάλληλων ασκήσεων με απήλλαξε από τους πόνους και το χειρουργείο!! Τώρα πλέον είμαι πολύ καλά και ασκούμαι κανονικά! After a serious knee injury (cruciate ligament rupture) in 2009 and after visits to doctors who urged me to surgery, I turned to Antonis Stouraitis who with a series of appropriate exercises relieved me of pain and surgery !! Now I am very well and I exercise normally!

Ακολουθώντας ένα συστηματικό πρόγραμμα θεραπευτικής άσκησης και ενδυνάμωσης με την επίβλεψη του κ. Αντώνη Στουραΐτη, άλλαξε ο τρόπος ζωής μου. Σταμάτησαν οι πόνοι, και υπήρξε αλλαγή στη στάση του σώματός μου. Απαλλάχτηκα από τον φόβο της κίνησης και υιοθέτησα υγιεινές συνήθειες. Με το κατάλληλο ασκησιολόγιο ενδυνάμωσης μυών, έγινα πιο λειτουργική και φυσικές δραστηριότητας όπως μετακινήσεις με τα πόδια, εργασίες σπιτιού επέστρεψαν στην ζωή μου. With the right muscle strengthening exercise book, I became more functional and physically active such as walking, homework returned to my life. Μέσα από ασκήσεις και βελονισμό σε γρήγορο σχετικά χρονικό διάστημα έφυγαν οι πόνοι και άρχισε να σταθεροποιηται ο αυχένας. Ευχαριστω πολύ όλο το team του θεραπευτηρίου!! Antonis is an excellent therapist, and uses his extensive knowledge and experience to assist his patients’ recovery. He is very personable with his patients, while maintaining the utmost of professionalism. I can’t recommend AS Physio highly enough to anyone needed physical therapy.
