Στον χώρο μας ακολουθούμε την παράδοση της Ashtanga Yoga, όπως τη δίδαξε ο Shri K. Pattabhi Jois και την συνεχίζει σήμερα ο εγγονός του Sharath Jois στο Sharath Yoga Center. Ο τρόπος που ασκούμαστε εδώ δε διαφέρει σε τίποτα από οποιαδήποτε άλλη σχολή Ashtanga Yoga στον κόσμο.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality, traditional and beautiful Ashtanga Yoga from a real practitioner that trains under the family in india that started the modern ashtanga vinyasa practice. If you want the real thing then this is the place for you. The instructor keeps it real and has the perfect touch for adjustments. Namaste Eri Gi. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Athens.
