Και τις 2 φορές η επισκευή ήταν άμεση (20-30 λεπτά με δυνατότητα αναμονής στο χώρο), αποτελεσματική και λογικές τιμές. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!
Excellent service, experience and most importantly speed. I had to visit this store twice for 2 different printers. Both times the repair was immediate (20-30 minutes with the possibility of waiting on site), efficient and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Ο άνθρωπος με τον οποίο επικοινώνησα ήταν ευγενέστατος και είχε άριστη γνώση της βλάβης του μηχανήματος μου και της μεθόδου επίλυσης της.
Η επιδιόρθωση χρειάστηκε να πραγματοποιηθεί στον χώρο του και έπειτα από την επιστροφή του μηχανήματος στα χέρια μου ήρθα ξανά σε επικοινωνία μαζί του για να εξυπηρετηθώ εκ' νέου τηλεφωνικά για άλλο ζήτημα.
Ο εκτυπωτής πλέον λειτουργεί εξαιρετικά και έχω λάβει ενημέρωση για προληπτικές ενέργειες για την αποφυγή μελλοντικών προβλημάτων.
I was serviced by the company as part of an authorized service under the guarantee of an Epson EcoTank L3150 printer.
The person I contacted was very kind and had excellent knowledge of the fault of my machine and the method of resolving it.
The repair had to be carried out at his place and after the return of the machine in my hands I contacted him again to be contacted again by phone for another issue.
The printer is now working fine and I've been informed of precautionary measures to avoid future problems.
