★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η λέξη "εξυπηρέτηση" πελατών υπάρχει στους υπεύθυνους του καταστήματος μόνο ως πελατών χωρίς εξυπηρέτηση. Περιμένω μια μπαταρία laptop 15 εργάσιμες όπως οι ίδιοι αυτηκοα μου είπαν και τώρα έγιναν 22 ως εκ θαύματος. Βέβαια περιμένω και εγώ την απάντησή τους έπειτα από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία που είχα κάνει μαζί τους.
Συγγνώμη αλλά έτσι κατάστημα έστω και ιντερνετικο δεν πρόκειται να ευοδωσει.
Λυπάμαι που συνεργάστηκα μαζί σας.
Το 7-22 ισχύει όταν κάνεις ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία, εμείς κάναμε στο κατάστημα και προφανώς ο λόγος σας δεν είναι συμβόλαιο. Εγώ γνωρίζω ότι η δουλειά μου δεν γίνεται και ακόμη περιμένω ενημέρωση για την παράδοση. Δεν πρόκειται να σας συστήσω σε κανέναν άλλο και εγώ αν δεν είχα δώσει κάποια χρήματα και έχοντας χάσει ήδη την ώρα μου αναγκάστηκα θα περιμένω. Επαγγελματίες πάντως δεν θεωρείστε με αυτόν τον τρόπο αντιμετώπισης των πελατών σας.
The word "customer service" exists in store managers only as customers without service. I'm waiting for a 15 working laptop battery as they themselves told me and now it has miraculously become 22. Of course I am also waiting for their answer after a telephone communication I had made with them.
Sorry but that way even an online store is not going to succeed.

7-22 is valid when you place an online order, we did it in the store and obviously your reason is not a contract. I know that my work is not done and I am still waiting for an update on the delivery. I am not going to recommend you to anyone else and if I had not given some money and having already lost my time I would have to wait. However, you are not considered a professional in this way of dealing with your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πληρώνεις προκαταβολή για αγορά προϊόντος και όταν πας να το παραλαβεις σου δίνουνε άλλη μάρκα από αυτό το προϊόν που έχεις παραγγείλει αρχικώς.
You pay a deposit to buy a product and when you go to receive it they give you another brand of this product that you originally ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βόρεια Ελλάδα αφού(γκατζολα εγώ)!!! άψογοι, επαγγελματίες και κυρίως ωραίοι ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΙ. Με λίγα λόγια.ειχα παραγγείλει ένα στικάκι, δεν το είχαν...Μου πρότειναν κάποιο άλλο, τους ζήτησα κάποιο άλλο...Και στο τέλος τους ζήτησα να μου ακυρώσουν την παραγγελία και να κάνω άλλη...μου έστειλαν το δεύτερο στικάκι που ζήτησα το οποίο είχε διάφορα στην τιμή από αυτό που είχα παραγγείλει και δεν χρεωθηκα την διαφορά!!! ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!!!
Northern Greece after (gatzola me) !!! Flawless, professional and above all nice PEOPLE. In short. I had ordered a stick, they did not have it ... They suggested another one, I asked them for another one ... And in the end I asked them to cancel my order and make another one ... they sent me the second stick that I asked which one was different in price from what I had ordered and I was not charged the difference !!! Thank you very much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο.απο τα Χριστούγεννα παρακαλάω να μου επιστρέψουν χρήματα για κάτι που δε δούλευε αλλά όπως ισχυρίζονται δεν είναι ότι δε δούλευε απλά δε τι θέλαμε λενε.εκανα προσπάθειες να πάρω κάτι άλλο αλλά φυσικά βρίσκουν μόνο προϊόντα +100€.στο σπίτι λέει ότι γίνεται επιστροφή αλλά αυτοί λένε όχι.μη μπλεξετε μακριά.
What's worse. From Christmas please return money to me for something that did not work but as they claim it is not that it did not work just what we wanted they say. I tried to get something else but of course they only find products + 100 €. At home he says it's done return but they say no.do not get involved.
