Β	Βασιλικη Αγγελαριδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους είπα ότι είχα παραπεμπτικό για μια συγκεκριμένη εξέταση, τους είπα ημερομηνία λήξης,μου έκλεισαν ραντεβού μετά από αυτή την ημερομηνία.Τους ρώτησα δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα;Και μου είπαν όχι θα το κανονίσουμε με το γιατρό σας.Τελικα την ημέρα που ήταν να πάω δεν το δέχτηκαν το παραπεμπτικό όπως ήταν λογικό εξ'αρχης.Αλλα γιατί μου είπαν θα το κανονίσουμε με το γιατρό σας;Και γυρνάει η κυρία και μου λέει:δεν θυμάμαι τη συνεννόηση κάναμε. I told them that I had a referral for a specific examination, I told them an expiration date, they made an appointment for me after that date. I asked them is there no problem? Είναι δυνατόν τη σήμερον ημέρα, σε διαγνωστικό, να κυκλοφορούν μέλη του προσωπικού, ιατρικού και μη, με κατεβασμένη μάσκα; Και όταν κάνεις σύσταση να την ανεβάσουν, να σου απαντούν... να μην πάρουμε αέρα; Από αυτό θα κολλήσουμε τώρα; ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!! ΝΑ ΠΩΣ ΓΙΝΕΤΑΙ ΤΕΛΙΚΑ Η ΥΠΕΡΜΕΤΑΔΟΣΗ!!! Η γραμματεια που μας ζητησε καποια στοιχεια ηταν αγελαστη ,καθολου ευγενικη και γενικως αποκρουστικη με πολυ αυστηρο υφος μας ζητησε ταυτοτητα (ουτε σε αστυνομικο τμημα δε μιλανε ετσι με τετοιο τονο) Η ηλικια της (45-50 χρονων)επρεπε να εχει την αναλογη ευγενεια κι οχι στους ασθενεις τετοιο υφακι….. Περιμεναμε σε ιδιωτικο κεντρο λιγο καλυτερη αντιμετωπιση εστω και λογω ανταγωνισμου….. Ο γιατρος ομιλητικοτατος και κατατοπιστικος…. Αλλαξτε την κυρια στη γραμματεια χανετε πελατες δε γνωριζει απο συμπεριφορα αποτομη και αυτο τρομοκρατει τον ασθενη!!! We went in the afternoon 18:30 for a scintigraphy with an appointment…. Γ	Γιωργος Σμουκλης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφωνήσαμε σήμερα κατόπιν παρότρυνσης της ενδοκρινολόγου για πυρηνική μέθοδο μέτρησης ορμονών της συζύγου μου. Η κυρία στο συγκεκριμένο τμήμα, αγενεστατα ρώτησε ποια γιατρός σας το είπε;η γυναίκα μου της λέει ποια είναι η γιατρός της κ της απαντά ότι μόνο σε μια εκ των δύο ορμονών που μας ενδιαφέρουν, χρησιμοποιούν πυρηνική μέθοδο. Στο σάιτ τους παρόλ' αυτά, αναφέρουν ότι γίνονται και δύο ορμόνες που ζητήσαμε!!! Οπότε ή το σάιτ είναι αναξιόπιστο ή δεν ήξερε τι της γινόταν. Κ γιατί να ρωτάς ποια είναι η γιατρός;όποιος κι αν είναι, οφείλεις να με εξυπηρετήσεις! We called today at the urging of the endocrinologist about my wife's nuclear method of measuring hormones. My wife tells her who her doctor is and she answers that only in one of the two hormones we are interested in, they use a nuclear method. Β	Βουνό Αραλίκη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα περίμενε κάποιος από την στιγμή που πάει σε ιδιωτικό κέντρο και να πληρώσει από την τσέπη του, να είναι τα πράγματα πιο οργανωμένα. Τα ραντεβού για υπέρηχο στις 19:30 και εξυπηρετήθηκα στις 20:00. Η γιατρός ευγενέστατη. Παραπάνω σημασία στον χρόνο των ραντεβού, από την στιγμή που γνωρίζετε έστω και στο περίπου, πόσο χρόνο θέλει η κάθε εξέταση. S	Stella Pantelidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τους κάλεσα σήμερα για ακτινολογικό έλεγχο οισοφάγου που περιλαμβάνει ακτινοσκόπηση, βάριο και 4 λήψεις σε δύο πλάκες. Η γραμματέας φαίνεται ότι είχε μέσο για να πάρει τη δουλειά διότι δεν καταλάβαινε ούτε τα βασικά από ότι της εξηγούσα. Οι εξετάσεις στο παραπεμπτικό χαρτί που έχουν γράφουν συμμετοχή 7,04€ και η κυρία μου είπε πως μόνο ο ακτινολογικός έλεγχος κοστίζει 120€. Όταν ζήτησα εξηγήσεις για τον υπέρογκο κόστος άρχισε την ειρωνία δεκαετίας '90 αν δε σας αρέσει μπορείτε να πάτε αλλού θαρρείς και ήταν η ιδιοκτήτρια της εταιρείας δηλαδή αν είναι δυνατόν, είναι συμπεριφορά αυτή; Απαντώντας της ότι αυτά τα έξυπνα να πάμε αλλού ενώ υπάρχει ανάγκη και είναι εξειδικευμένη εξέταση είναι φρόνιμο να μην τα λέτε. Θα ψάξω οπουδήποτε αλλού μπορώ να το κάνω και εύχομαι να μην πέσω στα νύχια τους. I called them today for an esophageal radiological examination that includes X-ray, barium and 4 shots on two plates.
