P	Panos Lambrinidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από πολλές αγορές που κάναμε από τα καταστήματα σας, όπως βέρες, ρολόγια, στυλό και αξεσουάρ, αγοράσαμε ένα ολόβερο που από την πρώτη μέρα έβγαλε προβλήματα. Σας το έχουμε φέρει πίσω έως τώρα 4-5 φορές για επιδιόρθωση και έχουμε πληρώσει όλες τις φορές για να φτιαχτεί, και αυτό είναι και το σωστό. Εχθές όμως ξαναπήγαμε στο κατάστημα της Αγίας Σοφίας και δεν εξυπηρετηθήκαμε. Ζητήσαμε μια μόνιμη λύση και η απάντηση ήταν απαράδεκτη. Ούτε τα χρήματα μας ζητήσαμε πίσω ούτε την αντικατάσταση με ένα καινούργιο. Δεν πήραμε από την εταιρία σας την προσοχή και τον σεβασμό, ούτε την θέληση για μια τίμια λύση, και αυτό με αναγκάζει στην αρνητική κριτική. Εκτιμώ ότι πρέπει να ξαναδείτε το after sales service σας και ειδικά σε αυτούς που τα έχουν ακουμπήσει για τα καλά στο παρελθόν. After many purchases we made from your stores, such as wedding rings, watches, pens and accessories, we bought a holover that caused problems from day one. We have brought it back to you 4-5 times so far for repair and we have paid all the time for it to be repaired, and that is the right thing to do. Yesterday, however, we went to the Hagia Sophia store again and were not served. We asked for a permanent solution and the answer was unacceptable. We did not ask for our money back or the replacement with a new one. We did not get the attention and respect from your company, nor the will for an honest solution, and this forces me to negative criticism. I think you need to see your after sales service again and especially to those who have touched them for good in the past.

Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Σίγουρα θα αγοράζα ξανά από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Good prices, impeccable service (the order was made by phone), immediate shipping, good shipping packaging, the watch with full stickers as I had requested. I highly recommend. I would definitely buy it again from this store.
