K	Konstantina Kaloutsaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εμπειρια σε διαγνωστικό!!!!!! Πήγα για rapid test Σάββατο μεσημέρι στις 13:30,περίμενα στην ουρά. Εγραφε στην πόρτα 2 άτομα, όταν ήρθε η σειρά μου να μπω εβαλαν επίσης 3 άτομα ξένων(1 φάουλ), πριν το τεστ πληρώνω με χρεωστική κάρτα μου δίνει η γραμματέας την απόδειξη της κάρτας ζητάω και την απόδειξη γιατί την χρειαζόμουν και μουυ είπαν οτι θα σταλεί στο mail μαζί με το αποτέλεσμα!! Πήρα 4 τηλέφωνα να μου στειλουν την απόδειξη γιατί δεν είχε ερθει με το αποτέλεσμα και όλο έρχεται και ακόμα έρχεται!!!!(2φαουλ) Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορα τους !!!!! Αν υπήρχαν μείον αστεράκια θα τα είχα βάλει!!!! The worst experience in diagnostics !!!!!! I went for a rapid test Saturday noon at 13:30, waiting in line. 2 people wrote on the door, when it was my turn to enter they also put 3 foreigners (1 foul), before the test I pay with a debit card the secretary gives me the receipt of the card I ask for the receipt because I needed it and they told me that I will is sent in the mail along with the result !! I got 4 phones to send me the receipt because it did not come with the result and everything comes and still comes !!!! (2 fouls) Their behavior is unacceptable !!!!! If there were less stars I would have put them !!!!
o	orestis fatseas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορώ να σας εξηγήσω το πόσο απαράδεκτη ήταν η εξυπηρέτηση από το κεντρικό ιατρείο στη μάχης Κρήτης. Ενώ έχω κάνει μοριακό τεστ από την Παρασκευή 09/07/21 στις 9.00, και έχω εξηγήσει πως ταξιδεύω την Κυριακή και χρειάζομαι άμεσα τα αποτελέσματα, είναι Σάββατο, και καλώ στη γραμματεία από τις 11.00, έχω μιλήσει με 4 διαφορετικά άτομα και όλοι έχουν την ίδια απαντηση: "θα σας ενημερώσουμε". Η ώρα έχει πάει 13.55, και ενώ το ιατρείο κλείνει στις 14.00, δεν έχω λάβει καμία απάντηση, και στο τηλέφωνο μου λένε ακόμα το ίδιο. Προφανώς, στις 14.15 που ξανακαλεσα, το ιατρείο ήταν ήδη κλειστό, κι εγώ χωρίς αποτελέσματα, παρόλο που έχω πληρώσει 60€ για να κάνω τη δουλειά μου, στην ώρα μου. Μετά από πολλές κλήσεις, και ενώ έχει πάει 14.28, καλώ στο ιατρείο της Κορνάρου, όπου το σηκώνει μια κοπέλα, της εξηγώ την κατάσταση, κρατάει τα στοιχεία μου, και σε 5 λεπτά είχα επιτέλους τα αποτελέσματα! Ευχαριστώ θερμά την κοπέλα εκείνη που με εξυπηρέτησε τόσο γρήγορα, χωρίς να είναι καν στη δικαιοδοσία της, λόγω διαφορετικού ιατρείου, και μακάρι όλο το προσωπικό σας να ήταν έτσι. Φτιάξτε την εξυπηρέτησή σας, έχετε καταντήσει χειρότεροι από το δημόσιο! Είναι κρίμα! I can not explain to you how unacceptable the service from the central office in the battle of Crete. While I have done a molecular test since Friday 09/07/21 at 9.00, and I have explained that I travel on Sunday and I need the results immediately, it is Saturday, and I call the secretariat from 11.00, I have talked to 4 different people and everyone has same answer: "we will inform you". The time is 13.55, and while the doctor's office closes at 14.00, I have not received any answer, and they still say the same thing on my phone. Obviously, at 14.15 when I called again, the doctor's office was already closed, and I had no results, although I have paid 60 € to do my job, on time. After many calls, and while it is 14.28, I call the doctor in Kornaros, where a girl picks it up, I explain the situation to her, she keeps my details, and in 5 minutes I finally had the results! I warmly thank the girl who served me so quickly, without even being under her jurisdiction, due to a different doctor's office, and I wish all your staff were like that. Make your service, you have become worse than the public! It is a pity!

A	Adrian Thenoch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst lab ever!!!! Staff works so slow and not professional. Came on the spot at 11.00 the staff sent us away and say back in 30 min. We came back at 11.30, queing for almoat 30 min. and she said no, you need appointment. Screw this! Btw, their system also didnt allow us to make appointment online for unknown reason.
