A	Argirw Fitsaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ... όσο αφορά τό μικροβιολογικό.. μακριά.. εξετάσεις αίματος παντελώς λάθος κόντεψαν νά μας τρελάνουν με τά αποτελέσματα πού δίνουν όλα λάθος.. UNACCEPTABLE ... as far as the microbiological is concerned .. far .. blood tests were completely wrong, they almost drove us crazy with the results that give everything wrong ..
S	SFAKKILER SFAKK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μιας και κάνω όλες μου τις αιματολογικές εξετάσεις εκεί έχω να πω τα εξής η Κυρία που παίρνει το αίμα είναι άριστη βρίσκει επιτόπου φλέβα με την Πρώτη και η όλη διαδικασία έχει τελειώσει το πολύ μέσα σε 20 δευτερόλεπτα και μπράβο της , όπως και ο κύριος που είναι μέσα είναι άψογος η εξυπηρέτηση επίσης ταχύτατη και ικανή ! Οι εξετάσεις βγαίνουν στις 5 ώρες πάνω κάτω! Since I do all my blood tests there, I have to say the following: The lady who takes the blood is excellent, she finds a vein on the spot with the First and the whole procedure is over in 20 seconds at most, and well done, like the gentleman who is inside the service is impeccable also very fast and capable! The exams come out at 5 o'clock!
N	Nikos Patestos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 10/06/21 08:00 κάλεσα στο Διαγνωστικό Κέντρο ΗΡΟΔΟΤΟΣ για να κανονίσω 4 επείγοντα PCR τέστ για ταξίδι στο εξωτερικό. Έδειξαν κατανόηση στην επείγουσα κατάσταση και με προθυμία και επαγγελματισμό δέχτηκαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Μετά από λίγη ώρα βρέθηκα στον χώρο τους με την σύζυγο μου και τα δύο μας μωρά. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση, (ΧΩΡΙΣ παράκαμψη της ουράς που ήδη υπήρχε). Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και οργανωμένος. Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι χαμογελαστοί και σοβαροί επαγγελματίες δούλευαν σαν καλορυθμισμένη μηχανή εξυπηρετώντας έναν μεγάλο αριθμό διαφορετικών περιστατικών. Συγχαρητήρια σε όλους σας!!! Εγώ και η οικογένεια μου σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά On 10/06/21 08:00 I called the Herodotus Diagnostic Center to arrange 4 urgent PCR tests for travel abroad. They showed understanding in the emergency situation and willingly and professionally accepted to serve me. After a while I was at their place with my wife and our two babies. The service was immediate (WITHOUT bypassing the queue that already existed). The space is spotless and organized. All the smiling and serious professionals worked like a well-tuned machine serving a large number of different incidents. Congratulations to all of you!!! My family and I thank you very much

Η εξυπηρέτηση γίνεται χωρίς συναίσθηση πόσος κόσμος αλλά και τι κόσμος περιμένει: Μια γυναίκα καθυστερεί στο ραντεβού της γιατί περιμένει 20 + λεπτά για να κάνει μια απλή ερώτηση. Γυναίκα με 2-3 χρονών παιδάκι στην αγκαλιά της με πυρετό και δεν δίνει κανείς σημασία ..... και χρειάζεται 2-3 λεπτά βαθυστόχαστης σκέψης για να σ' ενημερώσει η υπάλληλος στον γκισέ ότι θα πρέπει να ρωτήσει για να μπορέσει να σ' εξυπηρετήσει....μιας και η ταυτότητα μητέρας δεν αρκεί για να εκτελεστούν εκτυπωμένα άυλα παραστατικά για ανήλικα παιδιά..... Χάρηκα πολύ που δεν σας έδωσα την ευκαιρία να με εξυπηρετήσετε. Εξυπηρετήθηκα άμεσα από όμορο διαγνωστικό κέντρο!!!! Tragic service at the reception. I was very glad that I did not give you the opportunity to serve me. I was served immediately by a neighboring diagnostic center !!!!

Τι άλλο να ζητήσει κανείς από ένα Ιατρικό κέντρο; Συγχαρητήρια. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Excellent staff. Fully trained and courteous. Machines really latest technology. What else to ask for from a Medical Center? Congratulations. Highly recommended.
Z	Z Zemphyra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε κριτική χωρίς αστέρι θα ήταν χρήσιμη σε αυτή την περίπτωση. Τι να πρωτοπεί κανείς. Απλά αισχρή η εξυπηρέτηση, πάρε τον ένα κ χτυπά τον άλλο. Παίρνω τηλ για εξετάσεις μωρού που χρειαζασταν άμεσα αποτελέσματα, μου λέει η "κυρία" στην υποδοχή ναι ναι βγαίνουν σήμερα τα αποτελέσματα. Πάω από εκεί με το δείγμα, με στέλνει στο μικροβιολογικό χωρίς παραπεμπτικό, από το μικροβιολογικό με ξαναστελνει στην υποδοχή, βγάζω παραπεμπτικό, πάω ξανά μικροβιολογικό, αφήνω το δείγμα κ λίγο πριν φύγω μου λέει τρίτη βγαίνουν τα αποτελέσματα (από Σάββατο που πήγα το δείγμα) γιατί η γιατρός λέει λείπει. . Τι να πω. Αυτό ήταν το λιγότερο. Υ.γ. τα αποτελέσματα δεν ήρθαν ποτέ! Ευτυχώς απευθύνθηκα σε άλλο διαγνωστικό. If there was a starless review it would be helpful in this case. What to start with.
