(Ειχα παραγγείλει λανθασμένη συσκευή απο δικό μου λάθος, όμως με καθοδήγησαν τηλεφωνικά και με e-mail πως να παραγγείλω τα σωστά και χωρίς δαπάνες μου έστειλαν τη σωστή συσκευή) E-shop with excellent - impeccable service behavior. Και ενώ είχε γύρω στα 3,80€ μου κάνανε ΔΩΡΟ και δύο μπαταρίες ΑΑΑ αλκαλικές !!! Αποστολή στον Πειραιά... I ordered a remote control for LG smart TV .... T	TRIANTAFILLOS SOIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω παραγγείλει μέσω skroutz ένα κοντρόλ για τηλεόραση LG πρίν μια εβδομάδα και ακόμα έρχεται. Όλη η υπόλοιπη παραγγελία έχει έρθει και κοντεύει να έρθει επόμενη παραγγελία που έκανα πριν 3 ημέρες. Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Δύο ώρες μετά από αυτό το σχόλιο ήρθε και η δεύτερη παραγγελία που είχα βάλει και ακόμα η δικιά τους με το κοντρόλ. Τελικά επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα και με εξυπηρέτησε ένας κύριος. Το λάθος ήταν της ACS γιατί είχαν παραδώσει το δέμα την ίδια μέρα της παραγγελίας, μου είπαν θα στείλουν εκ νέου άλλο κοντρόλ. Εν αναμονή για την παραλαβή λοιπόν. Υ.Γ. Αν έρθει στην ώρα του αυτή τη φορά θα ανέβουν τα αστέρια. I ordered via skroutz a control for an LG TV a week ago and it is still coming. Αρχικα να πω οτι δουλευει εκει ενα παιδι πολυ εξυπηρετικο. τωρα για τι αφεντικο το οποιο βαζει και τις τιμες μαλλον εχω να πω οτι θα ηταν πιο οικονομικο να πηγαινα εγω ο ιδιο στην κινα και να φερω το προιον και να κανω και τις διακοπες μου. παιρνεις ενα διακοπτη φωτιστικου και ειναι λιγο πιο ακριβος απο ολο το φωτιστικο να πας να το αγορασεις απο αλλου. αλλα γενικα αυτο που εχω καταλαβει απο τα μαγαζια με ηλεκτρονικα στο ηρακλειο ειναι οτι ειναι αρκετα τσιμπημενες οι τιμες.
