★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Ottima accoglienza, proprietaria disponibile. Parcheggio auto interno. Terrazzo vivibile. Zanzariere a porte e finestre. Aria condizionata. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.. Negazione: Anche se divisa da ampio giardino piantumato, i rumori della strada si fanno sentire e risultano fastidiosi, a finestre aperte, nelle ore notturne. Forse meglio gli appartamenti che danno sul lato opposto..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Положительный: Красивый достаточно большой современный двухэтажный дом , ухоженная зеленая территория . Находится практически на выезде из поселка в сторону Ипсоса. Хозяйка нас ожидала , ключи получили моментально. Приятный интерьер номера , белоснежные полотенца и белье , хорошая кухня с электроплитой и духовочкой , сантехника новая , встроенный фен. Чистота . Отличный вай-фай . Прекрасный не маленький балкон , есть средства от комаров. Великолепная звуко- и светоизоляция , т.к. основная и шумная дорога рядом. Также рядом остановка автобусов и напротив небольшой супермаркет , отличный мясной магазин и сладости. До моря неспешно минут 8 , Однозначно рекомендую , хоть это и не центр поселка .. Негативный: Ничего , что могло бы испортить нам отдых ))).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is so kindful, rooms are clean, place is very relaxing.. Location is good because, you may go to Ipsos centre, and beach is close to this place... Also dassia centre is a little bit far but not so much... Good thing is that this place isn't noisy... Air condition is an extra, but you don't need it... Also, you have parking in the garden.. There is wi-fi free...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a beautiful experience at aspa's apartment. The location of the place is wonderful, you can easily go to the beach and to the center of Ipsos. The place was clean and confortable. The owners were helpful and friendly. 5 stars absolutely!
