È situato a 500 metri dal vecchio mercato di Chania che è la porta principale al centro storico della città. All’interno dell’appartamento c’è una bella e comoda cucina, dotata di macchina da caffè, microonde, frigo, forno e piano cottura. Camera da letto spaziosa con grandi armadi e climatizzatore. Bella e luminosa sala con 2 grandi divani e smart tv. Bagno comodo con grande box doccia e lavatrice. Davanti all’appartamento c’è un grande e fornito supermercato di 4 piani. I dintorni sono disseminati di locali per fare colazione-pranzo-cena-dopocena. Il titolare, insieme alla moglie, sono 2 persone splendide ed estremamente gentili, hanno esaudito tutte le nostre richieste, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Tratto distintivo di tutta la popolazione locale è questa estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. Noi siamo stati incredibilmente meravigliati anche dalla bellezza dei luoghi e dalle spiagge incantevoli. La cucina locale è variegata (carne, pesce, verdure, formaggi) ed è per tutti i gusti, porzioni sempre super abbondanti e con costi molto contenuti (dai 6 ai 12 euro al piatto). Quando ti siedi a tavola, ti accolgono con una bottiglia di acqua naturale e prima della fine, di solito, ti regalano un dessert. Noi siamo stati una settimana, ma avremmo tanto voluto poterci stare almeno il doppio. Speriamo di poterci tornare anche il prossimo anno. The Aspasia Luxury suite is a recently renovated apartment equipped with all comforts. It is located 500 meters from the old market of Chania which is the main gateway to the historic city center. Inside the apartment there is a beautiful and comfortable kitchen, equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, oven and hob. Spacious bedroom with large wardrobes and air conditioning. Beautiful and bright room with 2 large sofas and smart TV. Comfortable bathroom with large shower and washing machine. In front of the apartment there is a large and well-stocked 4-storey supermarket. The surroundings are dotted with places for breakfast-lunch-dinner-after dinner. The owner, together with his wife, are 2 wonderful and extremely kind people, they fulfilled all our requests, always with a smile on their faces. A distinctive feature of the entire local population is this extreme kindness and availability. We were also incredibly amazed by the beauty of the places and the enchanting beaches. The local cuisine is varied (meat, fish, vegetables, cheeses) and is for all tastes, always super abundant portions and with very low costs (from 6 to 12 euros per dish). When you sit down at the table, they welcome you with a bottle of still water and, before the end, they usually give you a dessert. We stayed a week, but we wished we could have stayed at least twice as much. We hope to be back again next year.

Es gibt eine große, komplett ausgestattete Küche mit großem Esstisch, großes Wohnzimmer und sehr schönes Schlafzimmer. Außerdem 2 Balkone und ein großes Bad mit Waschmaschine, Fön und Pflegeprodukten. Wir waren total begeistert und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Parkplätze sind vor der Tür gut zu finden und man ist super schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Besonders toll war die herzliche Begrüßung des Gastgebers und das nette Gastgeschenk. Man kann hier sehr gut auch einen längeren Aufenthalt planen. The apartment is absolutely perfect. Very generous and spacious with great and modern facilities. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, large living room and very nice bedroom. In addition, 2 balconies and a large bathroom with washing machine, hair dryer and toiletries. We were totally thrilled and we didn't miss anything. Parking spaces are easy to find in front of the door and you can walk to the old town very quickly. The warm welcome from the host and the nice guest gift were particularly great. Aircon in livingroom and also in bedroom, wifi was good and kitchen had all you need, bathroom also perfect and laundry machine as well. 10-15min walk to the ocean and just outside the building theres cafés, restaurants and also a foodland, also easy to park outside the building. I would stay in this place again and rate it 10/10.
