★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a Gem! We've had a lovely fortnights holiday at the Creta Elena. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. Beds very comfy. The breakfasts were value for money with something for everyone. They were the best continental breakfasts we've had. Staff were really friendly and helpful they couldn't do enough for us. Gardens were beautiful. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend. Location was about 15 mins walk to the old port. Hotel staff adhered to COVID requirements we felt very safe. Thank you for a memorable stay.

they are helpful, you can reach the old town very easily on foot. you can walk to the beach. there is a supermarket, restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, I felt very comfortable in Hotel Creta Elena and I hope to come back soon. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is recently renovated, very beautiful and clean.we stayed at 2 bedroom apartment- spacy rooms with nice balcony , fully equipped kitchen. The pool is nice , and also the area around the pool is very welcomed.
Good location- close to everything, 20 minutes walking to the downtown and old harbor .the hotel is located at the quiet place . Some very nice restaurant just across the street, as well as a supermarket and the small organic grocery store which is opened till 11PM . There is no private parking , but you can find the parking near the hotel.
The breakfast was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is immaculate. The rooms are comfortable. And the location is excellent (you are right next to several excellent cafes as well as a supermarket and only about a fifteen minute walk from old town). The pool is wonderful and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. One of the best hotel experiences we've had, not just in Greece, but in Europe. I look forward to staying there again the next time we visit Chania.
