★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a room for the day and spent time by the pool. Did the job. Food was a bit rubbish and not at all Greek which was a shame. But the room and pool were perfect for our last day to take us up to our evening flight (the airport is VERY close!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019, Our first visit to Kefalonia and Greece itself. You couldn't ask for more from the staff. They were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
We stayed early June, always got a sun lounger, in fact no one put towels down to reserve them.
The rooms and suites were immaculately clean, beds were made every day, and towels if you needed them. Body wash, antibacterial hand soap in bathroom and washing up liquid, tea towel and dish cloths were a nice touch.
2022, we came back! The place is the same, clean, friendly and food amazing.
Astra Village have upgraded the sunbeds to thick, super soft wilh head rests. The whole area is just great, the beach is a 5 min walk away.

Nice pool and activities (billiards, ping pong) the area is so quite and the village is nice, 15 mins far from the city center, 12 Eur by taxi, the rooms are nice and there are innovated new rooms available, my only point which why i gave 4 starts is that the pictures in the website is not as same as the reality and they said its a mistake from the website, however the room is very clean and nice so no problem with me and i have enjoyed.
If you are family and with friends this is the best destination, you would be able to do everything inside the village - and one very interesting point, you will be able to see a very close view for flight taking off and landing from the near by airport.
