★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απαράδεκτο σέρβις απο ανθρώπους που δεν έχουν καμιά σχέση με την αντιπροσωπία. Το χειρότερο ειναι οτι ενω τούς έδειξα την εγγύηση δεν με ενημέρωσαν οτι δεν έχουν καμια σχέση με την αντιπροσωπία και με χρέωσαν λέγοντας μου οτι δεν καλύπτεται η επισκευή .
unacceptable service from people who have nothing to do with the delegation. The worst thing is that when I showed them the warranty they didn't inform me that they had nothing to do with the dealership and they charged me by telling me that the repair was not covered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εστειλα μια βαλιτσα για επιδιορθωση και οταν τηλεφωνησα στην εταιρια για να δω αν εφτασε, μου ειπαν ψεματα πως δεν παρελαβαν την βαλιτσα ποτε. Δεν ειναι σοβαρη επιχειρηση. προσοχη!
I sent a suitcase for repair and when I called the company to see if it arrived, they lied to me that they never received the suitcase. It is not a serious business. caution!

Έδωσα τη βαλίτσα μου για να μου φτιάξουν το ροδακι. Πέρασαν 40 μέρες χωρίς να επικοινωνήσουν.
Πήρα τηλέφωνο και δεν έβρισκαν τη βαλίτσα. Άφησα το τηλέφωνο μου πάλι για να με καλέσουν. Δεν με κάλεσαν.
Τελικά μετά από 60 μέρες πήγα μόνος μου.
Το μόνο που έκαναν είναι να βάλουν ένα λαστιχακι γύρω από το ροδακι. Με χρέωσαν 20 ευρώ και δεν θα μου έδιναν και απόδειξη αν δεν ζητούσα. Δεν είχαν pos με αποτέλεσμα να ψάχνω ΑΤΜ.
Είχε και το θράσος να μου πει ότι με έπαιρναν τηλέφωνο και δε με έβρισκαν.
Απαράδεκτο κατάστημα.
Μακάρι να κλείσει.
It is a star and a lot.
I gave my suitcase to have my wheel repaired. 40 days passed without communication.
I got a phone call and they could not find the suitcase. I left my phone again to be called. I was not called.
Finally after 60 days I went alone.
All they did was put a rubber band around the wheel. They charged me 20 euros and they would not give me a receipt if I did not ask. They had no pos so I was looking for an ATM.
He also had the audacity to tell me that they called me and did not find me.
Unacceptable store.
