Πήρα τηλέφωνο γιατί θα πήγαινα από μακριά και δέχτηκαν να δουν την περίπτωση της βαλίτσας μου μέσω φωτογραφιών, για να εκτιμήσουν πρώτα αν μπορούν να τη φτιάξουν. Εφόσον αυτό ήταν δυνατό, η βαλίτσα επιδιορθώθηκε με το καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο! Είναι σαν καινούρια!
 Immediate, economical and awesome service! I got a phone call because I was going from a distance and they agreed to see the case of my suitcase through photos, to first assess if they can fix it. If at all possible, the suitcase was repaired in the best possible way! It's like new!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τέτοια τάξη, τέτοια Αλφαδιά δεν έχω ξαναδεί! Ο Παναγιωτης είναι ευγενέστατος επαγγελματίας και πολύ οικονομικός! Μέσα σε 2 μέρες έφτιαξε την επαγγελματική μου βαλίτσα χωρίς να χρειαστεί να τραβηχτώ εγώ, καθώς αδυνατούσα λόγω δουλειάς. Επανέφερε στη ζωή τη βαλίτσα που μου κατέστρεψαν τις ρόδες στην αποβίβαση στη Ρώμη- προσοχή παιδιά η Aegean δεν αποζημιώνει το ροδακι το θεωρεί μικρή ζημιά!!! Παρότι καθιστά άχρηστη μια βαλίτσα 300€! ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στο μαγαζι που σέβεται τον πελάτη!
I have never seen such a class, such Alfadia! Panagiotis is a very noble professional and very economical! Within 2 days he made my professional suitcase without having to pull it myself, as I was losing weight due to work. Bring back to life the suitcase that destroyed my wheels on landing in Rome - be careful guys, Aegean does not compensate the wheel, it considers it a small damage !!! Although it makes a € 300 suitcase useless! a big thumbs up to the store that respects the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant service!! Fixed the broken zipper on my suitcase, serviced my wheels so they spun properly and tightened all the nuts and bolts to ensure the bag was in top shape.
Very friendly service and quick (on the spot). Would highly recommend coming here and not just throwing your suitcase away.
