Για το ίδιο θέμα το τμήμα Αγίας Παρασκευής μου έδινε λύση σε 1 εργάσιμη(για ταυτότητα). Εκεί αρχικά για να βγάλεις γραμμή για το ραντεβού(κατεβασμένο ή μιλά συνέχεια) πρέπει να είσαι πολύ τυχερός. Υποχρεωτικά πήγα στο τμήμα, ο σκοπός μόνιμα στο messenger σου λέει να παίρνεις τηλέφωνο μέχρι να βρεις τον υπάλληλο στο γραφείο (και συνέχισε την ασχολία του) Μετά από 25 λεπτά στάθηκα τυχερός, σου λέει ότι έχει ελεύθερο ραντεβού ένα μήνα, ότι έχει μεγάλη περιοχή ευθύνης(Καμίνια-Νεο Φάληρο), μετά και όταν του λες για την διαφορά στην εξυπηρέτηση στο άλλο τμήμα που έχει πληθυσμό όσο ο Πειραιάς και ότι θα ταξιδεύεις τις ημερομηνίες που σου λέει, σου αντιπροτείνει 2,3 μέρες νωρίτερα!!! (ξαφνικά βρέθηκαν και άλλες μέρες) Σκέφτηκα να επικοινωνήσω με τον διοικητή, αλλά φαντάζομαι ότι γνωρίζει τα προβλήματα του τμήματος του και ίσως να προσπαθεί και να τα λύσει αν δεν είναι ο ίδιος μέρος του προβλήματος, το οποίο όμως δεν είναι υποχρεωμένοι να γνωρίζουν οι πολίτες που θέλουν να εξυπηρετηθούν. Αποφύγετε αν μπορείτε λοιπόν το τμήμα, αυτό μάλλον θέλουν και οι ίδιοι. His services to the citizen do not suit a European country.
