L	Lilly SB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shhhhh I understand that they have a lot but when it is available they never answer the phone thou 6 of these calls were busy witch it’s aight but 30 it’s was just calling without no answer that’s crazy just make appointment Day 2 one of the calles answered but ofc they hang up Days 3 The worst customer service!!!!!!!!
L	Livia Cases on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The opening times for EU citizens are Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 10 a.m., but nobody will tell you that when you ask at the entrance, which is from the back of the building at Salaminos street. You wait together with the extra-EU people, whose office opens at 8. So probably in order to get in at 7.30 you have to be a bit assertive with the policeman at the entrance. I only found out about the opening time after I had waited until 8. For EU citizens there's no queue, but it still takes the office one hour and a half to give you a little yellow booklet with your photo stapled on. Then you have to go out and get two photocopies made and bring them back. Luckily there's a booth near the back entrance that sells coffee, makes photocopies and passport photos. Given the waiting times, you won't be able to avoid using the toilet, but you will wish you were able to.
R	Renee marcy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 1 week before someone picked up the phone in order to make an appointment. Appointment doesn't matter, you still have to wait in line before someone 'helps' you. Don't make an appointment if you got somewhere to go cause you might end up waiting for hours.

I have to admit that on the whole staff treated me well and I got my job done although I had to wait about an hour until my card was prepared. I’m happy i was able to receive it then and there rather than having to leave and return later to pick it up. I will not score this against a perfect scenario because we know things aren’t perfect! My score of 3/5 is due to the appalling state of the toilets in the building.
V	Vasilis Germanis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, the building needs some love (renovation), impossible to get through telephone, things take time (as in all greek public services-this is a bureaucratic country-) but the worst is that although it is a Foreigners Division all of the signs are only in Greek... Still, when I needed some extra help and a last minute hearing, the Manager Mr Rigas and the secreatary Mr Kostis listened to my issue carefully and very politely and understanding, helped me...

J	JEFF VEVO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i'm from Nigeria , I was humiliated and locked up in this place for 1 year and 6 months because i was not having papers in Greece ..the builder is looking nice but the inside especially where we were locked is the main hell on earth, no good food, no medical attentions, no good water , and when ever you call the police for help they will shout at you and they are so inhuman ... i suffered a lot there but now am living in canada and i have canada resident permit and a good job.
