Although we asked the laboratory not to find out the sex of the child, in the reply email for the karyotype there was a reference to the sex. Decreased quality of services in such a sensitive area shows irresponsibility.

D	DENNIS TZAVARAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία είναι εξαιρετικά ασυνεπείς. Νομίζεις πραγματικά ότι τα λένε στην τύχη. Δεν είχαν προχωρήσει το δείγμα στο δεύτερο κύκλο διερεύνησης ενώ τους το είχα πει δέκα φορές και δήθεν περίμεναν να τους το πω όταν ολοκληρωνόταν το πρώτο, με αποτέλεσμα να χαθούν 3 εβδομάδες. Θεωρώ ότι έπρεπε, επί αμφιβολίας να επικοινωνήσουν με τον πελάτη και όχι να περνάει ο χρόνος και εμείς να νομίζουμε ότι γίνεται επεξεργασία. Το θεωρώ ως ασέβεια στην αγωνία του νέου γονιού αλλά και ιατρική ατζαμοσύνη. Κύριοι, το να γίνει τερματισμός δεκαοκτώ μέρες νωρίτερα ή αργότερα μπορεί να ΚΑΘΟΡΙΣΕΙ την γονιμότητα για επόμενη γέννα και στην περίπτωση μη ύπαρξης παιδιού το ΑΝ θα ευτυχήσουν αυτοί οι άνθρωποι, εν τέλει να γίνουν γονείς ή όχι. Δεύτερον τα αποτελέσματά τους είναι διφορούμενα. Και δεν εννοώ το 0,5% του μοριακού καρυότυπου. Εννοώ ότι βλέπεις ότι έχει ελεγχθεί, ότι δεν έχει καν απάντηση και επικοινωνείς τηλεφωνικά για να σου πουν ότι αφού δε γράφει κάτι είναι οκ. Το οποίο είναι βλακώδες από τη μεριά τους γιατί σε όλους μπορεί να συμβεί να μην φτάσει η δεύτερη σελίδα της επισύναψης ή από λάθος να μην επισυναφθεί. Στην Αγγλία το audit θα τους είχε κλείσει για αυτό. Αλλά πάλι αυτό δείχνει πόσο σοβαρά παίρνουν τη δουλειά τους. Ακόμα και στο απλό θέμα της έκδοσης τιμολογίου κατάφεραν να τα κάνουν θάλασσα. Ενώ το ζητούσα ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΑΡΧΗ, τελικά το έλαβα την τέταρτη φορά που το ζήτησα. Και μαντέψτε τι, ήταν ένα τιμολόγιο που το απέστειλαν με 23 μέρες καθυστέρηση από την ημερομηνία έκδοσης του ( ενώ το είχα ζητήσει 4 φορές σε 1,5 μήνα! ) και φυσικά αφού έχει αλλάξει η λογιστική περίοδος! Δηλαδή να τρέχω να το πηγαίνω στο λογιστή ως εκπρόθεσμο για το προηγούμενο τρίμηνο, ενώ το έχουν έτοιμο! Κανένας σεβασμός. Μου υποσχέθηκαν ότι θα δουν αν υπήρχε υλικό για να ξεκινήσει η εξέταση έστω και με καθυστέρηση 18 ημερών και θα με ειδοποιούσαν. Δεν επικοινώνησαν ποτέ και αναγκάστηκα να καλέσω εγώ για να παίξω τηλεφωνικό κρυφτούλι με την κ. Κοσμίδου η οποία είχε μάλλον τρεις ημέρες να ασχοληθεί με άλλες υποθέσεις. Τηλεφωνικά επίσης, για να με πείσουν ότι δεν υπήρχε απώλεια χρόνου μου είπαν ότι τα αποτελέσματα τα έχω μόλις μια εβδομάδα, ενώ τα έχω στο μειλ μου ήδη τρεις... Ελπίζω να μην είναι κανενός άλλου... Ως ιατρός θεωρώ ανάλγητη, αντιεπαγγελματική και επικίνδυνη την συμπεριφορά και τα πρωτόκολλα ( λέμε τώρα ) που εφαρμόζουν. Τους καλώ να αντιληφθούν τις συνέπειες σε έναν αφηρημένο γονιό που δεν ακούει εκείνη την ώρα ότι πρέπει να τους πει αυτός να προχωρήσουν από την εξέταση 1 στη 2. Που δεν έγινε στην περίπτωσή μου, δέκα φορές τους το είχα πει, αλλά λέμε τώρα. Επίσης είναι απαράδεκτο να μη φαίνεται ούτε θετικό ούτε αρνητικό αποτέλεσμα και να θεωρείται ότι η μη παρουσία θεωρείται απουσία. Δεν γίνεται να είσαι τόσο ανόητος που να μην μπορείς να προβλέψεις ότι η μη παρουσία δεύτερης σελίδας από αφηρημάδα στην επισύναψη δε σημαίνει και μη γενετική νόσο! Αλλά μην είμαι άδικος. Δεν είναι σε όλα ανοργάνωτοι, ανεκδιήγητοι και εξοργιστικοί. Στο θέμα της είσπραξης είναι εξαιρετικοί. Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο. Ότι χρήματα τους κατέθεσα τα πήραν, δεν μπορώ να πώ :) In telephone communication they are extremely inconsistent. You really think they say it by chance. They had not advanced the sample to the second round of investigation while I had told them ten times and they were supposedly waiting for me to tell them when the first was completed, resulting in a loss of 3 weeks. I think that they should, no doubt, communicate with the customer and not pass the time and we think that processing is done. I consider it as disrespect to the anguish of the new parent but also medical impotence. Gentlemen, termination eighteen days earlier or later can DETERMINE fertility for the next birth and in the absence of a child IF these people will be happy, eventually becoming parents or not. Secondly, their results are ambiguous. And I do not mean 0.5% of the molecular karyotype. I mean you see that it has been checked, that it does not even have an answer and you contact them by phone to tell you that since it does not write something it is ok. Which is stupid on their part because it can happen to everyone that the second page of the attachment does not reach or by mistake it is not attached. In England the audit would have been closed to them for this. But again, this shows how serious they are about their job. Even in the simple matter of invoicing, they managed to make it to the sea. While I was asking for it FROM THE BEGINNING, I finally received it the fourth time I asked for it. And guess what, it was an invoice sent 23 days late from the date of issue (while I had requested it 4 times in 1.5 months!) And of course after the accounting period has changed! That is, to run to the accountant as overdue for the previous quarter, while they have it ready! No respect. They promised me that they would see if there was material to start the examination even with a delay of 18 days and they would notify me. They never contacted me and I had to call to play hide and seek with Ms. Kosmidou, who had probably three days to deal with other cases. Also on the phone, to convince me that there was no waste of time, they told me that I have the results for only a week, while I already have three in my mail ... I hope it is not someone else ... As a doctor, I consider the behavior and the protocols (let's say now) that they apply to be painless, unprofessional and dangerous. I call on them to realize the consequences to an abstract parent who does not hear at the time that he should tell them to move on from the 1 on 2 exam, which did not happen in my case, I told them ten times, but we say now. It is also unacceptable that neither a positive nor a negative result should be seen and that absence should be considered as absence. You can not be so stupid as not to be able to predict that the absence of a second page from daydreaming in the attachment does not mean non-genetic disease! But I'm not wrong. t	takis kollias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θλιβερότατη στην επικοινωνία η μεγαλοκοπέλα που έχουν στην υποδοχή. Έχει σοβαρά προβλήματα αντίληψης και κάκιστη επαγγελματική ηθική. Ζήτησα να επικοινωνήσω με το λογιστήριο της εταιρείας για να διευθετήσουμε λάθος της και μου τους απέκρυψε βλακωδώς, μη σκεπτόμενη ότι από το ΑΦΜ τους, την ΑΑΔΕ και το ΣΔΟΕ γίνονται θαύματα!! Αντικαταστήστε το άτομο μήπως ανατρέψετε τις αξιολογήσεις. The cats they have at the reception are most sad about the communication. She has serious perception problems and a harsh professional ethics. I asked them to contact the company's accounting department to fix the mistake and hid them stupidly, unaware that they were doing wonders with their VAT, HADE and SADE !! K	Ke Ka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις στα αποτελέσματα, ακόμα και σε περίπτωση εγκυμοσύνης, όπου ο χρόνος είναι πολύτιμος. Καμία ενημέρωση για το πότε θα ληφθούν τελικά τα αποτελέσματα. Too long delays in results, even in case of pregnancy, where time is precious. No information on when the results will finally be received.
J	Julie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτη φορά συναντάω τέτοια έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού. Τρομερή ταλαιπωρία. Υπάρχουν τόσοι καλοί επαγγελματίες για να επιλέξετε. Ο μόνος λόγος ύπαρξης τους που μπορώ να σκεφτώ είναι τίποτα "δωρεές". Καταστάσεις δυστυχώς για κλάματα. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ! This is the first time I have encountered such a lack of professionalism. Terrible suffering. There are so many good professionals to choose from. The only reason I can think of them is because they are not "donations". Situations unfortunately for crying. FAR AWAY!
M	Madhu Menon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made a test for Cystic Fibrosis, and could not explain the mutant they discovered. Nor they could mention if the mutant was pathogenic or non-pathogenic. Would never recommend this lab again to anybody.
N	Niki Ts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable service from booking to test results. The staff was ironic and not helpful at all. The test results supposed to take 7-8 working days and delayed almost 3 weeks. Definitely not recommend it! Waste of time and money.
