★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my A2289 MacBook Pro screen crashed and, after a DIY attempt to replace it with a screen I had ordered online on Ebay, stumbled across some issues, the major of which being the destruction of the antenna screws (PS: these darn torx screwdrivers...). Dropped the MacBook Pro in the morning and received a phone-call by technician Mr. Marios about an hour later, asking if someone had opened the case before (...) and explaining politely all the issues he had come across (which I was responsible of..). To cut a long story short, he managed to take out the destroyed screws, replaced them with new ones, and delivered a perfectly replaced product in time and at no extra cost (despite my persistence). Very skilled technician, who delivers in time, and as promised. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant crew. I asked them if they are selling MacBook AC plug which stopped working. They arrogantly answered that I am silly when I am searching for that, that there is no reason to sell it and that I should buy whole new charger. I told them that it is because my personal and mainly ecological reason. They reply was that I should look on Ebay with ironical and disdain smile... So impolite. Fortunately, in random repair store I found and bought it, without any problems. Never more here.
