Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ! It is impressive that there is such a center in Greece! They managed to diagnose our daughter's problem after years of looking for answers. A big thank you!

B	Basilis Xaralampidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ραντεβού για να κανω PCR και με κατατόπισαν πλήρως σε ότι απορία είχα μέσω τηλεφώνου. Όταν πήγα να κάνω το τεστ οι κοπέλες στην γραμματια ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικές καθώς και οι άνθρωποι που μου έκαναν την εξέταση φαινόταν επαγγελματίες και ηταν πολύ ευγενικοί. Τα αποτελέσματα ήρθαν ακριβώς την μέρα που μου είπαν μέσω email! Έμεινα γενικά αρκετά ευχαριστημένος. I made an appointment to do PCR and they fully informed me of any questions I had over the phone. When I went to take the test the girls in the papers were very helpful as well as the people who did the test looked professional and were very polite. The results came exactly the day they told me via email! I was generally quite happy.

Σας άφησα τον τελευταίο χρόνο πάνω από 500 ευρώ και μου μιλάτε σαν να είμαι καμια πεταμένη, σηκωσατε μύτη θαρρεις είστε οι μοναδικοί στο χώρο. Απορώ οι υπεύθυνοι τις κριτικές δεν τις βλέπουν, ΑΝΤΕ ΓΕΙΑ! You are all rude, I do not know how you have seen it, close the best. I left you over 500 euros last year and you talk to me like I'm thrown away, you raised your nose, you are the only ones in the area. I wonder the people in charge do not see the reviews, ANTE HELLO!
S	Sotiris P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εξυπηρετήθηκα όπως συμφωνήθηκε και αναγκαστηκα να βρω άλλη λύση ενώ χρεώθηκα κανονικά 50 ευρώ. Επισκέφθηκα το κέντρο το πρωί στις 08:15 για PCR τεστ για να ταξιδέψω αφού με διαβεβαίωσαν τρεις φορες (πριν πάω, όταν ήμουν εκεί και 10 ώρες αφού έφυγα) οτι θα στείλουν τα αποτελέσματα μέχρι το βράδυ. Τελικά πέρασαν 2.5 μέρες και μετά από πολλάπλά τηλεφωνήματα και email μου έστειλαν το τεστ. Εγώ φυσικά αναγκάστηκα να βρω άλλον τρόπο για να μπορέσω να έχω χαρτί ταξιδίου μιας και η καθυστέρηση με έφερε λίγες ώρες πριν την πτήση μου. Τελικά τσάμπα και η χρέωση και το στρες και φυσικά ο κόπος να πάω μέχρι εκεί. Σε περίπτωση που κανείς βιάζεται και θέλει το κέντρο να τηρεί το συμφωνημένο πρόγραμμα ΔΕΝ συνιστώ το AccessToGenome. I was not served as agreed and I had to find another solution while I was normally charged 50 euros. I visited the center in the morning at 08:15 for PCR test to travel after being assured three times (before I go, when I was there and 10 hours after I left) that they will send the results by night. Finally 2.5 days passed and after multiple phone calls and emails they sent me the test. I of course had to find another way to be able to have travel paper since the delay brought me a few hours before my flight. Eventually the clutter and the charge and the stress and of course the effort to get there. In case anyone is in a hurry and wants the center to adhere to the agreed schedule I do NOT recommend AccessToGenome.
b	bagelis gemetzis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά το κέντρο αυτό κάνει το ένα λάθος μετά το άλλο. Από την αρχή ξεκίνησε όταν κάναν λάθος στα λεφτά (πλέον πιστεύω ότι δεν έγινε λάθος αλλα ίσως είναι τακτική) και στην συνέχεια ξέχασαν να στείλουν όλες τις εξετάσεις με email και στο τέλος στην παραλαβή των αποτελεσμάτων δεν βάλανε όλα τα αποτελέσματα μέσα στο φάκελο. Επιπλέον ούτε μια φορά δεν είπαν την λέξη συγνώμη. Δεν βρίσκω λόγο υπάρξεις, μακριά από αυτά τα "κέντρα" Initially this center makes one mistake after another. It started from the beginning when they made a mistake in the money (now I think it was not a mistake but maybe it is regular) and then they forgot to send all the exams by email and in the end on receiving the results they did not put all the results in the file. Moreover, they did not say the word apology even once. I do not find reason to exist, far from these "centers"
A	ANASTASIA ELEFTHERIADOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι εντυπωσιακό πόσα λάθη μπορεί κάποιος να κανει.οι "κυρίες"που βρισκονται στη γραμματεία είναι αμόρφωτες και ανιδεες με το αντικείμενο.πηγαμε με το σύζυγό μου για εξετάσεις αξίας 500ευρω. Αρχικα χρεώθηκαμε 30 ευρώ έξτρα διότι η μία από τις προαναφερθείσες κυρίες "δεν πρόσεξε"(όπως είπε) και γι'αυτό δεν με ενημέρωσε ότι δεν δέχονται το παραπεμπτικό (παρόλο που τις είχα πάει ένα προς ένα τα παραπεμπτικα για να με ενημερώσει σχετικά με τα ραντεβού,τι εξετάσεις γίνονται στο εργαστήριο κλπ.)δεύτερον,ενώ είχαμε ραντεβού για να δώσουμε συγκεκριμένο δείγμα εντός είκοσι λεπτών,μας είχαν σε αναμονή περισσότερο από σαράντα λεπτά λέγοντας μας ότι δεν επηρεάζεται το δείγμα(ψέμα).επειτα μας χρέωσαν κατά λάθος 130ευρω περισσότερα χωρίς να γνωρίζουν το γιατι.φυσικα και δεν ζήτησαν καν συγγνώμη για το λάθος και με αγένεια συνέχισαν.και σήμερα την ημέρα παραλαβής αποτελεσμάτων- συνειδητοποιησαμε έχοντας φτάσει σπίτι ότι μας δώσανε τις μισές εξετάσεις.φυσικα και πάλι μας αντιμετώπισαν με. Αγένεια.ειναι το χειρότερο εργαστήριο που υπάρχει.κανενας επαγγελματισμός πουθενά.τρομερα δυσαρεστημενη It is impressive how many mistakes one can make. The "ladies" in the secretariat are uneducated and ignorant about the subject. My husband and I went for exams worth 500 euros. Initially we were charged 30 euros extra because one of the aforementioned ladies "did not pay attention" (as she said) and therefore did not inform me that they do not accept the referral ( although I had taken the referrals one by one to inform me about appointments, what tests are done in the laboratory, etc.) second, while we had an appointment to give a specific sample within twenty minutes, they had us waiting for more than forty minutes telling us that the sample is not affected (lie). then they accidentally charged us 130 euros more without knowing why.of course they did not even apologize for the mistake and rudely continued.and today on the day of receiving the results- we realized having arrived home that they gave us half the exams.of course they treated us again. Rudeness. Is the worst laboratory there is. No professionalism anywhere. Terribly dissatisfied

The lady in front office explained me with details everything about the analysis and the most important in english! The result came on time at my email. I definitely reccomend the lab. BRAVO!
