★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το φαρμακείο για να ζητήσω κάτι καταπραϋντικό για μια πληγή στα χείλη. Η φαρμακοποιός μου εδωσε ενα ακατάλληλο προϊόν ειδικό μονο για το εσωτερικό του στόματος το οποίο μόλις το έβαλα στην εξωτερικη πληγή μου προκάλεσε ανυπόφορο τσούξιμο. Με έκπληξη διαπίστωσα ότι στο προϊόν αναγράφεται ότι δεν εφαρμόζεται σε ανοιχτές πληγές. Λάθος μου που δεν το είχα διαβάσει πριν τη χρήση. Όταν γύρισα το προϊόν πίσω φυσικά και δεν δέχτηκαν να το αλλάξουν και δεν είχαν καν την εντιμότητα να παραδεχτούν ότι έκαναν λάθος. Η αντιμετώπιση που έλαβα κατα τη δεύτερη επίσκεψή μου δεν ήταν η πρέπουσα. Λυπάμαι πολυ.
 I visited the pharmacy to ask for something soothing for a sore on the lips. The pharmacist gave me an unsuitable product specifically for the inside of my mouth which as soon as I put it in my external wound caused an unbearable sting. I was surprised to find that the product states that it does not apply to open wounds. My mistake was that I had not read it before use. When I returned the product of course and they did not accept to change it and did not even have the honesty to admit that they were wrong. The treatment I received during my second visit was not the right one. I'm so sorry.
