In addition, we received recommendations for the rest of our stay in Athens, that we are thankful for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so lucky to have Anna as our guide. She is warm, understanding and knowledgeable and was very flexible with our requests. Less than 5 minutes after meeting her, our food tour started with the first Greek food, Spinach Pie. This was followed by other authentic greek food, like Greek Yogurt with Honey and Walnut, cheese, olives, and many more. Anna knew Athens well and you can tell the shop owners are qlso very familiar with her... and they treated us with so much warmth...even offering us wine without any obligation from us to buy anything. And the best part is, at the end of the tour, we have became friends with Anna. Thank you Anna for the amazing food tour. And i enjoyed my time so much with her that i immediately signed up for a cooking class with market tour ran by Anna.

The food was absolutely gorgeous and abundant and Anna is an amazing foodie expert that can guide you through the secrets of Greek gastronomy with grace! Would definitely do this tour again! WWWOOOWWW!!! The best tour we've had, and not only with regards to Athens. Anna took us to places and explained in the loveliest, most interesting and heartwarming manner, a true artist-of-the-tours!
We saw, tasted and experienced the true beating heart of Athens. Most certainly, we'll be back on tour with Anna again, hopefully soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We joined Athens Food on Foot's ultimate food tasting tour straight after a 12 hour overnight flight and what a wonderful 4 hour introduction to Athens city centre and Greek food it was for us! We had local pies and pastry, Greek coffee and sweets, cheese, honey, seasonal fruits and more. We mentioned olives and Anna got us some! Anna also shared about Greek history and culture. Our group included 2 children and the tour was conducted at a good pace for us. Thank you Anna!
