Offering a broad range of flights, accommodation and other travel-related services, the group is active in 70 countries with brands such as Supersaver, Flight Network, Gotogate, Mytrip.com and the price comparison site Flygresor.se. While their headquarters are located in Uppsala, they also have offices in Athens, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Toronto and in several cities in India, as well as outsourced operations in India and China. Since 2017 Etraveli Group is owned by private-equity firm CVC Capital Partners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been more than six months since my flight was canceled - haven’t received my money back yet. Pamediakopes claim that delay is caused by airline failing to refund on time, however, after contacting the airline I realised they had already refunded the relevant amount back to pame diakopes.

Firstly my flight was cancelled and changed to a day earlier and i never received an email informing me about the situation. I found out while i was about to make my check in.
I contacted the support, which was in India, and tried to change the flight.
Not only they weren't able to change the flight but they couldn't even connect me to the greek office because as they said "the system was down"
To conclude, never book through PameDiakopes EVER again, contact the airline directly instead.

During the pandemic my flight was cancelled by the airline due to Covid and I requested a full refund, approximately €40. One month later I receive a notification from the airline through the website that my funds will be refunded in the next 7-10 working days. This time had passed and no funds had been received. After contacting the airline they tell me that the funds have been refunded in the travel agency I booked with and that I should contact them to reimburse my flight. So far, we are almost 2 months since the airline had refunded my flight to pamediakopes but they have done NOTHING about it.
I then contact pamediakopes and explain the situation. Again after a month or two of emails back and forth they end up refunding just a small bit (€9.95) and charge for a €30 assistance fee, which is unreasonable since that did absolutely nothing to assist me with the refund and it is my belief that if I hadn't contacted them in the first place they wouldn't have refunded me any money.
Stay away from the travel agency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still waiting for the refund of 600€ from 2020, tickets cancelled due covid , airline company inform us that they refund the money to them and we should get a full refund from pamediakopes!
They closed our case , WITHOUT refund the money and do not reply to any contact we are making

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid booking from pamediakopes.gr! I had to cancel my ticket and I got no money back.
In a case of ticket cancellation, they asked for €61 extra from the expenses of the airline which were about € 40. (While the ticket price was € 65.) Book tickets directly with the airline!
Also nobody answers the phone, automatic emails, worst customer service ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost. Plain bullies and thieves. They refused to return my money, despite having paid in full from Air Canada on my agreed refund. Air Canada didn't care either of the fact when I told them. It took over one year, legal action on my behalf and countless hours of stress with them telling me they are NOT going to return them at all (they even said that on the phone after I waited for a good 40 minutes in hope I put down the phone). When they were legally forced to return my refund by my lawyers, they charged me double their commission and returned the rest. Ref. L0RDZ8
