L	Lesbia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativa: Lo único que trataría de mejorar es la ubicación de la estufa, que para usarla había que ponerla sobre el refrigerador, no la use por la incomodidad de hacerlo y no encontré un tomacorriente cerca, tampoco llame al host para pedir ayuda que a lo mejor la habría brindado. Por lo demás excelente.
M	Maryjjjane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Положительный: Выбирая жилье в Гази, нужно понимать, что район для тусовок со всеми вытекающими последствиями. В данной поездке это был скорее плюс, хотя для желающих выспаться в тишине это будет минус, особенно в пятницу или субботу. Ели спокойствие вам не нужно, то этот вариант проживания отлично вам подойдет. Прекрасные новые апартаменты в старом отремонтированном здании. Мини кухня со всеми необходимыми вещами. Раздельный санузел, в котором есть все то нужно. Зимой там прохладно, но дают обогреватели. Рядом достаточное количество клубов и кафе. Даже после самой лютой тусовки до дома добраться будет не сложно) Днем тоже все работает, рядом есть супермаркет галактика. Прекрасный хозяин вам все покажет и расскажет) Бодрый вайфай. Прямая ветка от аэропорта и 3 минуты пешком до метро..
P	Piero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: L’appartamento è davvero molto carino, per come si vede in foto.. la posizione è strategica direttamente nel quartiere notturno di Gazi (utile per chi vuole andare a ballare la sera senza ritirarsi in taxi dato che la metro chiude a mezzanotte) e la brevissima distanza dalla stazione metro blu (quella che porta all’aeroporto), e comunque non distante dal centro storico (si può arrivare benissimo a piedi facendo una passeggiata). Ma quello che mi ha colpito di più è stato Dimitris, il proprietario, che durante tutto il soggiorno si è comportato più come un amico, sempre disponibile e pronto a darti informazioni precise e dettagliate direttamente su whatsapp.. Negazione: Nel magnifico soggiorno che ho avuto devo annotare solo 2 piccole pecche, ma lievi: - manca una presa in bagno quindi si deve attaccare il phon in camera e viene scomodo guardarsi allo specchio - molto ma molto vicino c’è una discoteca che potrebbe dare fastidio perché si sente leggermente la musica (ma un problema che ho riscontrato solo di sabato, domenica no, e che personalmente non mi ha recato nessun fastidio perché si sente piano).

He bought even metro tickets for me and my friends, bought tickets for Acropolis visit online and send on whatsup. We were communicating during our coming in Athens, during the trip, he helped me to find suitable and cheap parking. Apartmant was clean, he had everything we need for our stay in athens..

The owner Dimitris is very polite and helpful. I recommend the place and for sure I will visit it again! Thanks a lot Dimitris!
