Athens Homely Apartments - Viktoros Ougko 26

The building is very good and I live there, it has good services. But unfortunately, outside of building addicts move around the street and the trash outside is always full and dirty.

I had spent half a month in this apartment during the festive X’mas and New Year period and the apartment offered me a cozy and homely experience. In terms of location, it takes only 3 minutes to the closet metro station, Meterxoughio, and the city center is just 2-3 metro stations from there. And you could find a lot of eateries and mini-markets near the apartment. There was an eatery called Bread Factory nearby which opens 24 hours. Even though the area where the apartment situates was regarded as less secure, personally I did not encounter any distressing experience even when I was back to the apartment sometimes after mid-night. I was offered an apartment with a spacious living room with 2 balconies. There is also a balcony in the master room. You can enjoy a high degree of tranquility inside the apartment. The apartment and the premises have been completely refurbished, giving you a chic and modern feeling. You can also prepare your own meal in the kitchen with the fridge, the stove, the toaster as well as the water boiler. The customer service officers were all very professional and responsive. Whenever I made requests or informed them about the defects in the room, they sent representatives to deal with the issue in a timely and efficient manner. If being asked for areas of improvement, I would recommend adding the shower curtain in front of the bathing area so that water will not spill out all over the toilet floor. The toilet and the washing basin inside were a bit tiny so you have to accommodate to limited space of the bathroom. It would also be perfect if a microwave can be added to the kitchen, plus a full-scale mirror for the ladies.

Nice place close to restaurants and mini markets. Central location. Only downside was the small bathroom but its manageable. Friendly area, I'd stay again.

Nice and clean, close to the subway station (M2), there is an elevator for those who need it. Staff is professional and nice. Our biggest problem was the bathroom situation. We booked a room for 2 ppl on the first floor and we had a shower "cabin" which had no door and was extremely small for an adult. After every shower the whole bathroom floor was flooded, and the drain installed next to the toilet was little to no use since all the water accumuluted in a large puddle in front of the toilet. Additionally there was no mosquito screen on our windows which made it quite difficult to air out the room without being invaded by flies. The front door of the building is also very heavy and makes a lot of noise when closed, especially at night. All in all for a couple hours of rest and for sleeping it was a fine experience.

Simple and nice place for a stay in Athens, with reasonable prices. The check-in and check-out processes are completely contactless, which makes them fast and convenient. Our room was large and spacious, and in good general condition. However, the bathroom and the shower would benefit from a refurbishment, the holder of the showerhead was rather unstable, and there was no curtain for the shower. Overall I was satisfied with my room, and I would recommend it to others.

First of all: we got a refund and the service was good an quick with it. BUT: the room wasn't clean at all (that's why we left), we had mold in the wardrobe, the floor wasn't clean, we didn't get a fresh roll of toilet paper. The shower is a joke, you can't shower without flooding the whole bathroom as there is no shower door and the sink is tiny, you can barely wash your hands. The area where the hotel is located is amongst the worst i have seen in big cities, with people lying on the street, who look like they are close to dead and even our taxi driver said it is a bad area. I was just happy when we went out of there.

My stay was stress free.the idea of self check in with codes sent to my phone is a marvelous idea the apartment is perfect for up to 3 or 4 people the area is not the best but every country has it's good and bad areas. The metro is two minutes away and supermarkets and tavernas on every corner with even a laundry service from the apartment turn right and first left. I loved my stay and would recommend it for solo or family stays. Thank you

I made a reservation for the 2nd night, but I couldn't check in due to the flight delay on the 1st day, and I visited the accommodation to check in on the 2nd day, but the accommodation manager was absent, and as a result of contacting WhatsApp, the manager said it was impossible to check in today. I donated the accommodation fee entirely to this accommodation. Such inflexible and inaccessible accommodation was the first and worst apartment in my life. In addition, if you advise those who will stay in this accommodation, you have to enter by typing a password in front of the door. There is nothing to tell the people who made the reservation first. It's very hard to check in. I could barely get in because someone opened the door. It's really crowded with dangerous neighbors out there. You'll be in danger if you walk around.
