a	arian fd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t even know where to begin. I had an amazing experience at the IKON hotel in Athens Greece. The rooms were incredibly clean, very modern and pretty, spacious and comfortable. The staff there were amazing. They made us feel welcomed and like we were a priority. They help us with everything we needed, from booking excursions, finding a great place to eat, directions or simply just checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We could walk to the parliament building or the acropolis. Plaka was a few minutes away and bus and metro options were less then a 5 minute walk away. As a person of colour sometimes we can have uncomfortable experiences in nice places and be made to feel different or unwelcome. My experience at the IKON Athens was the complete opposite of that. Matter of fact they made us feel like we were the only guest there and favoured. Would recommend 1000%

The staff is very welcoming unbelievably helpful and they are all very well hand-picked and selected.They will make sure that you are extremely comfortable and they truly provide very exclusive attention to your comfort and accommodation far and beyond any other hotel or experience that we have ever had. I really want to extend a special thank you for each and everyone of the staff from the manager Mrs. Katrina, Marianna, Dina & Stavros and every staff member in every shift. I will stay there was really awesome and I would definitely recommend this hotel for guests looking for luxury comfort and special attention to their exclusive and different needs. Thank you

Katerina, the hotel manager, is just the best. We decided to stay on our way out too. We are just amazed by the incredible service by Katerina and her team. Not enough superlatives to describe them. We had a small incident on our way in to Athens and Katerina went out of our way to make my daughter feel extra special. The rooms are super comfortable. Location is great. 100% would recommend Ikon.

They listened to our concerns or interests responding quickly, authentically and effectively. Whether our inquiries touched upon food allergies, site visits, restaurant preferences or suggestions for day trips, the staff were responsive and proactive. This was one of the best family vacations we have had, and the staff of Ikon Hotel made it possible. The other positive attributes cited in earlier reviews about location, cleanliness, food, rooms and features are all true. We were not disappointed. The breakfasts brought to our rooms were tasty with a wide selection of choices. The rooms are modern, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The hotel is centrally located so easy to get around both on foot and by subway. Groceries are easily accessible in the many nearby organic and small supermarkets. Ask about the close-by craft beer store where some delights await you. Enjoy! ron m

Rooms are big enough and it got a stove and other kitchen stuff if you want to make something simple. Only thing that might be needed is a sign not to change the towels. They always change it even if its not on the floor. The location is fine too. Next to the hotel is a michelin recommended restaurant and in front another good restaurant which is waaaay better and cheaper than the restaurants for tourists

The room was very spacious, clean and luxurious. The hotel staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as safe and as comfortable as possible. They were very resourceful, and prompt with assisting us with all of our inquiries about the area and how to get around. The cleaning staff did an amazing job each day, the breakfast was delicious. They truly live up to their standard. All the staff that we encountered were so warm and friendly and eager to help! I definitely would stay here again in the future.
L	Lindsay James on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely 10/10-Perfect Stay! This was the most amazing hotel experience. The location was perfect for the attractions, dining, and shopping. Everything was just a street or 2 over. When we arrived the door was locked for security and we were immediately buzzed in. The extra comfort of knowing you are safe is wonderful. Then, we were able to sit down and check in, we were offered refreshments, and even given free maps and tips/suggestions on places to see and where not to go/eat. Those turned out to be amazing suggestions during our trip. Next, we were escorted to our family suite. We are a family of 6 and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone. That can be very difficult to find in Europe. The suite was very clean, nicely remodeled and updated, and very nice features-such as under bed lighting and electric blackout curtains. The room was so chic and comfortable, the breakfast was so delicious, and the entire experience was absolutely perfect. The hotel really went out of their way to help us book trips, restaurants, or cars if we needed them. There was always someone at the desk to help and they were always happy to help us. We will not stay anywhere else when we return, this was a perfect trip made even more perfect because of this amazing hotel and their service.
