Είμαι μαθητής του Sifu Σπύρο Καραπάνο για 4 χρόνια, και προτείνω σε όποιον ενδιαφέρεται για Wing Chun, Sanda, Semi-Contact να περάσει μία βόλτα από την σχολή να μιλήσει με τον δάσκαλο και να κάνει και μία δοκιμαστική προπόνηση επί τόπου να έχει από πρώτο χέρι μία άποψη.
