Ε	Ειρηνη Τζουλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο μόνος λόγος που μπήκα να κάνω αξιολόγηση είναι επειδή η εμπειρία μου στο συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό κέντρο ήταν απαράδεκτη. Δεν προτείνω σε κανένα να το επιλέξει. Καθόλου εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό με κανένα ίχνος ευγένειας. Δεν σας χρωστάμε κιόλας. Άμα δεν σας αρέσει αυτό που κάνετε τότε λήξτε το. The only reason I went in for an evaluation is because my experience at this particular diagnostic center was unacceptable. I do not suggest anyone to choose it. No helpful staff with no trace of courtesy. We do not owe you at all. If you do not like what you do then end it.

G	Georgia S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακρια απο εκει, εχασα δυο ωρες απο το χρονο μου αλλα μαλλον γλιτωσα απο copy paste διαγνωση! Πρωτη φορα μετα απο 15 χρονια υπερηχων μου τυχαινει να αρνειται ο γιατρος να μου κανει υπερηχο στηθους επειδη δεν εχω μαζι μου τα φιλμ της προηγουμενης μαστογραφιας ισχυριζομενος οτι θα βγει λαθος η διαγνωση του!!!! Αν δεν παιρνουν την ευθυνη να κανουν εναν απλο υπερηχο τοτε καμια εμπιστοσυνη. Σημειωτεον οτι ειμαι ετων 40, θα μπορουσα δλδ να μην ειχα κανει ακομη μαστογραφια, ωστοσο ειχα μαζι μου τη γνωματευση της μαστογραφιας του 2021 που ελεγε οτι τα ευρηματα ηταν παρομοι με αυτη τους 2019, τη μαστογραφια του 2019 με τις πλακες και περσινό υπερηχο με απεικονισεις, σε κανενα απο τα οποια δεν υπηρχε υποπτο ή κακοηθες ευρημα. Away from there, I lost two hours of my time but I probably escaped from copy paste diagnosis! For the first time after 15 years of ultrasound, it happens that the doctor refuses to do an ultrasound of my breast because I do not have the films of the previous mammogram with me, claiming that his diagnosis will be wrong !!!! If they do not take the responsibility to do a simple ultrasound then no confidence. Note that I am 40 years old, I could not have done a mammogram yet, but I had with me the opinion of the mammogram of 2021 which said that the findings were similar to that of 2019, the mammogram of 2019 with the plates and last year's ultrasound with images , in none of which there was a suspicious or malignant finding.

Αγενές προσωπικό, εξοπλισμός περασμένης δεκαετίας και καθαριότητα ανύπαρκτη. Πραγματικά δεν αξίζει. Ας μην αναφέρω το περιστατικό μπουλινγκ στο οποίο έγινα μάρτυρας. The 1 star is only because there is no other choice. Inhospitable environment and professionalism 0. Rude staff, equipment of the last decade and non-existent cleanliness. It really is not worth it. Let me not mention the bullying incident I witnessed.
n	nancy andritsopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις επέστρεψα από τη Νέα Διάγνωση Αγίου Δημητρίου ή καλύτερα από το "να αρπάξουμε ότι μπορούμε". Έκλεισα ραντεβού ζητώντας συγκεκριμένα ένα Καρδιογραφημα και μια βεβαίωση άθλησης που μας ζητά ο δήμος. Το τόνισα, ρώτησα την τιμή και μάλιστα η απάντηση που πήρα ήταν 25€ εκτός αν σας βρει κάτι... Το αφήνω ασχολίαστο. Πάω στο ραντεβού μου, πληρώνω και λέω στην κοπέλα της reception ότι αν είναι δυνατόν θα ήθελα τη βεβαίωση εις διπλούν για να την δώσω όπου πρέπει. Η απάντηση που πήρα ήταν πως ο γιατρός δεν δίνει βέβαιωση άθλησης χωρίς triplex. Της εξήγησα ότι δεν μου ζητούν κάτι τέτοιο και πως εγώ ήμουν ξεκάθαρη. Η απάντηση ήταν δεν μου έχουν σημειώσει κάτι... Απαράδεκτοι. Ντε και καλά να χρεώσουν triplex για να πάρουν περισσότερα. Καμία συγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία. Και χρέωσαν και παραπάνω απ ότι είπαν στο τηλέφωνο για το ΗΚΓ που τελικά βέβαια δεν έκανα. I just came back from the New Diagnosis of Agios Dimitrios or better than "to grab what we can". I made an appointment specifically asking for a Cardiogram and a sports certificate requested by the municipality. I pointed it out, I asked the price and in fact the answer I got was € 25 unless he finds something ... I leave it busy. I go to my appointment, I pay and I tell the girl at the reception that if possible I would like the certificate in duplicate to give it where it should be. The answer I got was that the doctor does not give a sports certificate without triplex. I explained to her that they were not asking me to do such a thing and that I was clear. The answer was they did not note anything to me ... Unacceptable. De and well to charge triplex to get more. No apologies for the inconvenience. And they charged more than they said on the phone for the ECG, which of course I did not do.

Πήγα στο ραντεβού και με έδιωξαν γιατί δεν είχα μαζί μου προηγούμενη μαστογραφία (την οποία σήμερα την κράτησε το άλλο κέντρο που είχα πάει για μαστογραφία, ενώ στη Νέα Διάγνωση είχα υπέρηχο). Στην ερώτηση μου "Και αν δεν είχα προηγούμενη εξέταση και ήταν η πρώτη φορά που θα έκανα;" η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι ο γιατρός τους δεν αναλαμβάνει να κάνει εξέταση σε άνω των 36 χρονων χωρίς προηγούμενη μαστογραφία (όταν οι ειδικοί γιατροί σου ζητάνε να ξεκινήσεις 40-45). Περίεργο που ο "γιατρός"του συγκεκριμένου κέντρου δεν αναλαμβάνει να κάνει μια εξέταση χωρίς να έχει στα χέρια μια έτοιμη διάγνωση ... I had an appointment for a chest ultrasound today. I went to the appointment and I was expelled because I did not have a previous mammogram with me (which was kept today by the other center I went to for a mammogram, while at the New Diagnosis I had an ultrasound). To my question "What if I did not have a previous exam and it was the first time I would do it?" their answer was that their doctor does not undertake to examine at the age of 36 without a previous mammogram (when the specialist doctors ask you to start 40-45). It is strange that the "doctor" of the specific center does not undertake to perform an examination without having a ready diagnosis in hand ...
