Llamamos por telefono al taxista y nos dijo que el no trabajaba con esta compañia.
Mas tarde han llamado pidiendo disculpas y nos han ofrecido un transfer gratuito.
We asked for a taxi to make a transfer from Piraeus to Athens and after confirmation they did not pick us up.
We phoned the taxi driver and he told us that he did not work with this company.
Later they called apologizing and offered us a free transfer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a couple of taxis this month for 5am and 830am using their website, got a confirmation email on both occasions and the drivers arrived a few minutes early and waited for us.
Good service, timely and honest, fare was also confirmed via email (flat rate fare of €38 as we were in the city and headed to the airport). Midnight to 5am is a different fare - €54 i think.
