This is a scam. Its not a single villa as it shown on the picture. Its a twin house. Tha equipment is really bad, we have like 1 knife. And one little grill for 2 house. You cant relax, because of the neighbour. The pools are like 20 meters close.

We almost had a trouble free stay but because of a huge "misunderstanding" we nearly missed our flight back. All in all, the villa was not ready for guests. There were plumbing issues which had to be fixed 2 days in a row. There were no pads on the outdoor terrace furniture. We had to wait one week for them. We stayed at the Villa Myrtia. It is directly linked with the Villa Kissos. In the pictures they show large trees separating the two swimming pools. These no longer exist, just small shrubbery ad some rocks. There are three villas, 2 which are stuck together and one standing alone on a gated lot. Good privacy from outsiders. Good view of the sea and olive groves. If you want to sleep at night, bring ear plugs as you can hear everything in the villa next to you, especially children crying. There were no good cutting knives, not enough wine glasses (2) for a place that fits 7. Not enough plates/bowls or cutlery. They could easily have doubled what they had. We had cleaning which came roughly every 4-5 days. Good air conditioning. Terrible BBQ pit. Actually, it's a rusty and very cheap little metal grillshared between the two linked villas. Poor communication in English with the manager. We had arranged a rental car through him as well as transfers from the airport in Heraklion. I double checked that it was to and from the airport. On the morning of our departure no one showed up to take us. Apparently he misunderstood.. not sure how that's possible when I specifically wrote to and from. Bottom line, arrange your own transfers and car rental. We would have returned but with such a terrible last day we'll find property elsewhere.
