★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beer is good and the small tour of the brewery is nice, but the ticket is way too expensive for what they offer. There are four glasses of different beers tasting included in the price and the fifth one is extra charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brewery despite small took us by surprise! Although we were not able to visit the interior, the guide was very attentive and explained things really well from outside. There are some big glass windows that allow people to see the tanks and other stuff.
After the visit, there was a tasting of 4 beers (included in the tickets) plus 1 seasonal, at an additional cost of 1€. Totally worth it!!
The beers are all draft and are incredibly tasty, with a special attention to the Pale Ale and the Dunkel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our 2nd visit. Previous 3 years ago, flawless. Fantastic beer, service, atmospheric place. That's why we came back. Unfortunately. On a cold, windy day, with 3 occupied benches, no one came to us for 20 minutes, although there were 2 people to handle. We waited patiently for the group's order to be accepted. Only after the service was approached and an off-table order was made, the order was accepted. The next couple received the card as soon as she came. We didn't get it. We were invisible to the staff, as if it was guided by prejudices. Maybe we looked like Russians? We are from Poland ... The order was placed in English. And only for beer. Because for something more, we would probably have to wait until evening. Huge disappointment this time. A great distaste remained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beer is really good, but to waiting for taking away is too long. Who looking nice craft beers - i can recommend, but you can spend more time, than you expected (however its usually for most taverns etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must visit when in Crete. I come to this microbrewery atleast once when I'm in Crete. They offer a small tour that shows you around and the beer making process. Afterwards you get to beer taste the different beers they offer. You can order food from the small kitchen next to the eating area. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Xarma Beer experience, beer tasting with 5 beers for very good price (5 eur with some apetizer). Also delicious food on menu for reasonable price. You can get there also with tourist train from various places around Maleme , Platanias and around. Personel in brewery explains the beer procedure during the tasting. There is also a beer and souvenir shop.

My husband booked us a guided tour and beer tasting.
We tried 4 types of beer.
Then we ordered food for lunch and had a cozy heavy meal which. Unfortunately I forgot the names of the beer but the dark one is Dunken.
Which I found fine to drink.You can taste the roasted barely.
