Το σύστημα του HWAL MOO DO - JUNG DO KWAN που ίδρυσε ο Grand Master Lee Kun Hua, το ολυμπιακό άθλημα του TAE KWON DO .Παράλληλα διδάσκει γυναικεία αυτοάμυνα, πρακτική αυτοάμυνα ενάντια σε μαχαίρι, πιστόλι, πνιγμό, επίθεση σε αυτοκίνητο και πολλά ακόμα.
