★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπόδειγμα εκπαιδευτή, μιας και εκτός των γνώσεων του στο KravMaga διαθέτει γνώσεις υψηλού επιπέδου αναφορικά με την μυϊκή ενδυνάμωση και την ορθή διατροφή.
Η προπόνηση – μάθημα έχει δύο χαρακτηριστικά:
- τις διαφορετικές κάθε φορά, σε ένταση και είδος, ασκήσεις ενδυνάμωσης και βελτίωσης της φυσικής κατάστασης
- την εμπεριστατωμένη ανάλυση – αιτιολογία κάθε νέας κίνησης (τεχνικής)
Επιπρόσθετα είναι πρόθυμος να απαντήσει τεκμηριωμένα και ολοκληρωμένα σε οποιεσδήποτε απορία των μαθητών του διαθέτοντας πολύ ανεπτυγμένη μεταδοτικότητα. Νοιώθω τυχερός που εδώ και περίπου 3 χρόνια είμαι μαθητής του στο KravMaga

Ο εκπαιδευτής, Αλέξανδρος Χρυσοβέργης, με τις ειδικές γνώσεις του, όχι μόνο στην αυτοάμυνα, αλλά και στις γυμναστικές ασκήσεις και την διατροφή, προσφέρει καλές βάσεις για την δημιουργία υγιούς, δυνατού σώματος και οξυμένης αντίληψης.
Το ευχάριστο και φιλικό περιβάλλον καθιστά αδύνατον να μην ευχαριστηθείς κάθε προπόνηση.
Άλλωστε, στο Streetwise δημιουργούν άτομα με δύναμη και χαρακτήρα που ξεχωρίζουν.
Self-defense and body strengthening meet at Streetwise. With sections for every level from the most beginner to the most experienced, with complete equipment, in a space specially designed for training, training becomes a pleasure!
The trainer, Alexandros Chrysovergis, with his special knowledge, not only in self-defense, but also in exercise and nutrition, offers good bases for creating a healthy, strong body and sharp perception.
