Noticed half way there and they immediately called our driver and drove it down to us before we shipped out. Would not stay anywhere else in Fira. Thank you so much!!
D	Derek McCoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the oldest hotel in Santorini, it is still the most majestic! Our breath was taken away as we walked into our simple room with an amazing view! Shopping and dining are all close by and very ample! It was a stay of a lifetime!

But why just 2 Stars. We had a late checkout confirmed in our app. But it seems there was some mistake between the platform and the hotel. So we got literally kicked out at 11am, no attempts to solve the situation. It's a 4 star hotel not a hostel.... Quite disappointing

The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the breakfasts are superb so nice and plenty ov it ,from 7am till 11 am ? and all staff are brilliant ,they really care about your stay and look after you ! All in all a great hotel 10 /10 from me ,cant wait to go back ?

Like previous reviews mentioning Spiros, he really did make a huge positive impression. Packed us a goodie bag of Greek cookies and fruit for our trip back to the mainland, and even though we said we didn’t need it - well, the delicious cookies got devoured in the car after a long queue for the COVID test and rental car. Housekeeping was super fast and high quality, a very short wait to access a room early in the morning after arriving early on a ferry. View from the hotel each night on our balcony was worth every penny. Would stay here again in the care of the staff and Spiros!

The views from the breakfast terrace are breathtaking. The rooms are a decent size, and the service from the staff is impeccable at any time of the day. The only downside was getting luggage up the hill to the hotel as not all taxis/shuttles go right up until the hotel entrance.

The staff went out of there way to assist me in trying to locate something that I lost. The breakfast was also. This place is great for those with leg/back problems as it is on top of the hill and in a center location. Thanks again Hotel Atlantis - Travis Simmons

Location is brilliant, right in the centre with beautiful views from the terrace over the caldera. Only reason I gave it 4 stars for rooms is because the shower is hand held - there is a bath but I cannot use a bath due to a knee injury. However bedroom is very comfortable and immaculately clean rooms. Highly recommended
