The employee at the AGENESTAIST to everyone, even the elderly, who obviously have difficulty understanding the procedural system of the banking system. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i tried to withdraw cash from my revolut account from the ATM in Skala Prinos and had the "pleasant" surprise that it blocked my metal premium card there, not inside but somewhere between in and out just that I couldn`t reach it , i guess because of the material, i don`t know, I called the number on the screen ( it went in out of service mode ) and somebody answered with a bored voice ( i can understand - it was 19:30 ) , I told him what problem i had and he kept saying the same thing all over again that if it`s not Alpha bank , just to call my bank and cancel the card because they can`t do anything about it ; Ok but someone had to come and unblock the ATM and then my card would`ve easily be recovered . He suggested that i should call the branch so the next day i called the branch in Thasos town, there a lady told me the same thing but now the solution was to call the Kavala town branch because the ATM belongs to them. Ok , I called Kavala branch but nobody answered / phone out of service ( tried two numbers : Google one and Alpha Bank site one ) . Two days passed and saw the ATM was unblocked and my card gone of course .
Terrible service. Terrible Bank . DON`T USE YOUR METAL CARD THERE IF YOU HAVE ONE!
