V	Valhalla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση. Οι άνθρωποι είναι υπεύθυνοι και συνεργάσιμοι, επαγγελματίες στη δουλειά τους. Φυσικά χρειάζεται να είναι κάποιος πολιτισμένος άνθρωπος για να υπάρξει συνεννόηση... από την πλευρά των πελατών. Great service. People are responsible and cooperative, professionals in their work. Of course there is a need for a civilized person to have an understanding ... on the customer side.

Σήμερα για παραδειγμα αποφάσισαν να μην σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο. Στην κεντρική γραμμή της τράπεζας στην Αθήνα βγαίνει το ρομποτάκι το οποίο σε ρωτάει το θέμα, και αποφασίζει ότι δεν του αρέσει, οπότε σε ξαναρωτάει, μέχρι να σου πει ότι λόγω έλλειψης δεδομένων σε κλείνει. Επίσης όταν ξαναπαίρνεις τηλέφωνο και αναφέρεις σαν θέμα παράπονα, τμήμα παραπόνων κ.α. επίσης δεν του αρέσει το αίτημα και σε κλείνει. Γενικά, μια υπέροχη τράπεζα...!!! The words service and respect are non-existent, both in the bank and in the communication effort. Today, for example, they decided not to pick up the phone. At the central line of the bank in Athens, the robot comes out and asks you about it, and decides that he does not like it, so he asks you again, until he tells you that due to lack of data he closes you. Also when you pick up the phone again and report as a subject complaints, complaints department etc. he also does not like the request and closes you. In general, a wonderful bank ... !!!
V	Vi B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανύπαρκτη εξυπηρέτηση στο κατάστημα, περιμενα κυριολεκτικά 1 ώρα για να μου πουν ότι το πιν μπορώ να το βγάλω και ηλεκτρονικά! Το τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας δεν απαντάει ΠΟΤΈ!! Non-existent service in the store, I literally waited 1 hour to be told that the pin can be removed electronically! The contact phone NEVER answers !!
