★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τυπογραφικό λάθος μεγέθους προϊόντος στο online site. Μετά από 25 ημέρες η αντιμετώπιση του προβλήματος ήταν "να επιστρέψω το προϊόν και να μου γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων" αυτό μετά από 25 ημέρες ταλαιπωρίας. Επέστρεψα το προϊόν την ίδια ημέρα με τους όρους χρήσης τους. 45 ημέρες από την αρχική παραγγελία δεν έχω ούτε προϊόν ούτε χρήματα να έχουν επιστραφεί. ΟΤΙ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ. Το δε τηλεφωνικό κέντρο δεν μπορεί να εξυπηρετήσει και ενώ κατανοούν, με ενημερώνουν εδω και 15 ημέρες οτι θα με καλέσει υπεύθυνος. Δεν κάλεσε κανείς ποτέ!
Typographical error of product size on the online site. After 25 days, the problem was "to return the product and get my money back" after 25 days of trouble. I returned the product the same day on their terms of use. 45 days from the original order I have neither product nor money returned. THE WORST. The call center cannot serve and while they understand, they have been informing me for 15 days that a person in charge will call me. No one ever called!
